What's happening everybody?
How y'all doin in Satchland?
Anyway I found out that Major Richard Winters had passed on January 2nd. I found out about 3 weeks ago. Most of you probably don't who that is unless you've seen the HBO miniseries "Band Of Brothers". So I made a tribute video to him and his fellow soldiers. Here it is:Tribute to Richard Winters and the Band Of Brothers

I saw this tv online at bestbuy.com. Thought it would make a nice V. Day pressie for my hubs and I to each other for our bedroom. A flat screen takes up way less room. Nice little 22" 1080p 60Hz HDTV. We looked at other sites and couldn't find anything in that size/quality near the price of $177.99. Today I printed out the ad, and we went over to Best Buy to look at it. We find it, match the numbers to make sure it was the exact one. The "sale" price on the yellow SALE tag on the shelf was $249.99 - regularly $349.00. The paper I printed from www.bestbuy.com was $177.99!! That's a feckin' $70.00 difference from the IN-STORE price!! WTF! The guy says the reason is...the online prices are competitive with other online stores. Thanks for the lesson in economy there Slappy. Lesson learned.
So, anybody that wants a little 22" tv at the savings of $70.00, print that add and take it to yer local Best Buy, or print out whatever online store ad you see before you go to that store.
Just thought I'd pass it on. It's pretty effed up if you ask me. Glad I found it at a lower price, BUT IT'S THE SAME DAMN STORE!!
What I really want is a 40+" tv for all my music DVD's to play on. That'$ a long time off though. Every time I watch Joe on DVD I think BIGGER PICTURE!!! lol!

Ibanezguitar : hi.. i'm now few on the web. I just find reality more attractive than virtuality.
About Gary Moore, you can love or not, but the point is that he was able to play a very large range of music with a unique feeling. One of the greatest guitar players of all the time.

Talking about Jeff Beck.. hum.. he has played the THX1138.. and definitly reached the sun. Well, that's my point now. Trying to follow him is like burning as fried dish.

Back to Joe..? he gets his own throne, the rock Ibanez one. It's done.

Many happy memories there on the island. They called it Rock Haven. Had some fun with that. There were people that had their cottage built like a pagoda and they could dock their seaplane under the house. Very cool. Hangdog was where we would fuel up and buy our supplies. Canadian chocolate bars yummm. Oh and the Archie Comics. Those were the days.

Joe and bandmates:
I'm a longtime fan of you and your music, living in Flagstaff, Arizona. Regarding the politics of this state (and for that matter, of the country in general), I've kinda become numbed out. In the end, I know that great change is afoot globally, and energetically.
If time, place, and condition warrant your return to Arizona, I'd pay a good chunk of change to see you at Celebrity Theater (in the round) in Phoenix. Intimate, with great sound.Years ago, I saw Jeff Beck there. In a word, unbelieveable.
Thanks for your work.

This a Satch style song I put together called Standing Ground with
the thought of our Naive American Indians at mind standing ground for their country,Not ours! I would really like some feedback on the tune, not the quality of the recording. I'm lovin the big fat wah sound I got here and maybe a bit overboard but I am so much into the Satch
man and the full sound he gets.
A word back would be appreciated
