Hey Satch,

It's been awhile since I have logged in. I see you liked the pics I sent you from Reno in November '08. The blue haze was crazy. Total alien freak. Gotta love it man.

Screaming for Chickenfoot. You guys have to hit Vegas.

Keep it live and God bless.

Sammy"Winner Takes it All"

And I went to the theater as a teenager to see this animated movie called "Heavy Metal". A strange movie it was with lots of animated nudity :-0 The only reason I went to see it was because Sammy was on the soundtrack. "Heavy Metal" This version of the song was a completely different recording from the version of the song on the "Standing Hampton" album. Listen to the differences.

T2JSinfonie ultimate update:

The CD will be available in September 2009.

The members of the project will get it soon, now.

A last time:

You'll find The whole concept here

You'll find Songs, samples, snippet & infos about the 8 members here

& Here is the mp3 aperture's movement supposed to indicate that our project is a classical one, but inside a modern direction.

Thanx to this forum , & especially to the 7 guitar players who accepted to contribute to build this dream.

Cube - have downloaded but not had 5 mins to check out the toon yet

Do The Stu - I was having a v quick look at tour dates from work, and from what I read it's a four ticket limit?

Take it you're a seinfeld fan then? Somewhere I ought to visit some time then, especially if the foods good. LMAO the fries photo!

Cheese - I don't really do afraid. Can I do cautious until given good reason to be afraid LOL? Ok cool, look forward to chrispy vids whenever they get to inter web space

Scuba - I've only ever bought their greatest hits but they do have some pretty cool stuff. Awesome bass, some interesting riffs, general funky talent I reckon. First heard them do Higher Ground (Stevie Wonder) back on some rock show that ALWAYS showed Joe vids. Which was cool : )

Roo - are you sure? Looking kinda similar to me. Shall I send a pot over?

Marmite

Vegemite

Mind you, I haven't seen Marmite advertised like this so maybe it is better..... : )

Well done on the iPhone App. Wanna create one for Blackberry?

Burly - continuing down the vegemite/marmite path, I just saw this vid of some US girls trying vegemite. Looks very much to me like they taste the same ha ha

Nice RHCP parody

Guitarvibes - interesting vid. Ta

Right, bet I have to edit the links..... soon find out

See... knew it.....

Speaking of Aerosmith, if anyone has already posted this I appologize for overlooking it, but this will be a great year to see them live. They are doing the entire Toys in the Attic album for all of their shows. I really like that idea. Groups who have so many albums to choose from, but only a handful that were REALLY great, should play them on tour. U2 would be a band that should do that. They just seem to be producing records at too fast a rate. I just can't get into them anymore.

Has anyone seen the new VH Guitar Hero promo video yet? They just straight cut Mikey out of the band. Wolfgang is in the game. Man, you are just not going to have BFF's outside of Van Halen....Period!!

Nope! ;-)

I thought my dad and I might fly out to Chicago to see that show with my uncle, but we couldn't figure out details quickly enough. Maybe we will for the regular on-sale? I don't know.

If not, I'll hope that the west coast dates don't conflict with the million other things I have going on in September.

What a goin's on this mornin'! We went to bed thinking we were going to TWO shows in Atlantic City, and woke up to ONE show in Atlantic City. Them bitches did the ol' switcheroo whilst we were sleeping. The first show was at the Borgata, which is a small venue - way to small for the likes of the Foot. Then last evening a second show popped up at the HOB. We were like - HELL YEAH! Two shows in a row - who'da thunk it? NOBODY - cause it ain't happenin'! lol!

From what I understand, they changed venues but listed BOTH of them so it looked like two shows back to back. How cruel. lol!

Anyways - FTFF! We'll have one show (shit man yeah!) and a weekend at the shore gettin' liquored up and seeing the sites. I've never been to two shows in a row, so I'm not really missing anything, but it would have been one hellova good time.

It's all good, and the Foot is gonna rock our faces off!

Anyways - dunno what hit me yesterday, but I was listening to Runnin' Out and I thought - this would be the perfect cover song for Elmer Fudd! In fact, Elmer could rock the whole album!

CHECK THIS JOE -

...did you peeps see this vid a filming class made it for Avenida Revolucion?

If it was posted before, I missed the link, but it deserves to get posted again.

The Chickenfoot album sold 49,000 copies in its first week, good for No. 6, Billboard says. Dave Matthews Band is No. 1 (their fifth straight debut at the top), with 424,000 sold.

Billboard

I think Billboard's "week" runs Monday through Sunday. Chickenfoot was released on a Friday, so it had a short week...I don't know if the 49,000 was adjusted to reflect that (Was it really 30,000? Would it have been 75,000 with a full week?)...

I don't know for sure, but I assume this is Joe's highest Billboard debut.
