Guitarvibes, do not think 'Foot will be getting much airplay for me either but I will go see them live again, that was far more fun than listening ,even as folks have suggested in headphones. Oh well, back to my summer Gunter collection.....

and some mind blowing Holdsworth from 1974, just way way out there ahead of his time.....

Crystal Jammer - "Ain't it cool how you can 'preorder' a disc and have it arrive after the actual store release date."

That's why I rarely preorder things...I learned quickly. ;-) I'll make exceptions for when albums come with cool bonus items, but I refuse to pay for express shipping so the stuff usually takes a week or so to get to me.

hybes - I don't know if the new DMB album will ever grow on me...I think it'll stay at the level it's at now. Don't get me wrong, it's not a BAD album by any means...there's a lot of excellent music on there. And I still love the band. But the style of the album is different than the DMB I really love (this has electric guitars instead of acoustic, and heavily structured songs instead of music that breathes/loose jams).

I love Shake Me Like A Monkey, Why I Am, Seven, Time Bomb, and Baby Blue...what are your early favorites?

cheese101 - Have you had time to blast Chickenfoot at work yet? What does everyone thing?
Guitarvibes - Sorry to hear you won't be sticking around...there are plenty of other things we can talk about here. You have to come back at some point, though...we can't let you get away that easy. ;-)
Listening to: Joe Satriani - Strange Beautiful Music (current song: New Last Jam)

I miss Jeff...he needs to get out and do something!

...Austin...

Risked the yellow lines (no parking.) to buy the album from HMV stores today. Top floor of shopping center , out of breath but no clamp.

Hopefully it's sunny tommorrow and excuse to open van windows while dropping of parcels arround town along with soap on a roap.

Ask me later.. GG2 nailed what was going on in that photo.
