T2Jers and Joe: I was just at Highland hospital and noticed a marked rise in patients. The after math of a concert had quite a few victims of a mosh pit incident. One young man had a broken ankle from someone slamming a garbage can down on his foot! He faired better than "Diver Dan" a "Real" person who tried to audience surf....the crown parted like the red sea. He broke his neck. You can hear about it from the band "Travis Shredd and the Good Ole' Homeboys." Be safe out there guys!

HEY JO,WHERE YOU GOING WITH THAT AXE IN YOUR HAND.THATS 1 OF MY FAV-HENDRIX TUNES. I AM THE GUY WHO KEEPS OFFERRING TO BE YOUR "FREE"BODYGAURD. I OWE U MY LIFE..... I EXPLAIN WHY ON YOUTUBE"SATCH BOOGIE"" TOO LONG TO WASTE YOUR TIME HERE... BEEN WITH YOU FOR 23YRS.NOW. I SEEN YOU OPEN "THE ALIEN TOUR"WITH-- THE ""POPEYE""CARTUNE THEME--THEN "SNOOPY""1987-1989 IN HARTFORD CT. THE BUSHNELL THEATER. LOVED IT!!AND THE OFFER STILL STANDS-I'D WORK FOR YOU FOR FREE,AND I'M THE KIND OF "DISCREET"PERSON YOU COULD USE,I HIDE MY SKILLS WELL. QUESTION; WHATS WRONG BETWEEN YOU AND S.VAI??? YOU 2 COULD RULE THE GUITAR WORLD,THE MUSIC WORLD. IS THERE "ISSUES"PRIVATE BETWEEN YOU TWO??? BECAUSE SAMMY HAGAR IS BENEATH YOU. I'M THE ONLY 1 WHO'LL BE HONEST WITH YOU. SATCH FANS ARE HERE FOR YOU BUT DON'T HAVE THE HEART TO TELL YOU THIS ABOUT HAGAR(HAYGAR?) YOU'RE FAR TOO HUMBLE. YOU EARNED IT ,SO TAKE IT--THE CREDIT OF BEING 1 OF THE TOP BEST GUITARRIST IN THE UNIVERSE. YOU AND VAI RULE GUYS LIKE ME - OUR MUSIC ALWAYS CONCIST OF YOU, VAI, HENDRIX, S.R.VAUGHN, ROBIN TROWER, ROB CRAY, ED VAN-HALEN,CLAPTON IS BENEATH YOU....I DIG CHUCK BERRY BO-DIDDLEY ERIC JOHNSON(love-him) PAT MATHEENY, CHRIS DURARTE,J.BONNAMOSO, BILLY GIBBONS, DAVID GILMOURE AND JUST WAY TOO MANY MORE TO MENTION. YOUR MUSIC HAS SAVED MY FREEDOM MORE THAN ONCE. I HAVE 100%RESPECT FOR YOU AND YOUR MUSIC. DID YOU DIG ANY OF MY C.D.TITLES I POSTED?? WELL, EXCEPT IT, YOU ARE THE TOPS... VAI IS YOUR ONLY COMPETITION--REALLY WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU&VAI TOGETHER MORE,BUT I SENSE SOMETHING WRONG BETWEEN YOU TWO.......HEY-SKYNYRD HAD 3 GUITARIST.. STEVE HAS 3-HIMSELF AND 2 MORE SO MAYBE THATS AN ISSUE. BUT YOU HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL DO WELL ON YOUR OWN.. I HAVE WORN OUT 3-SONY X-PLODE CAR STERIOES, 2 SURFING W/ALIEN C.D.s AND 2 CRYSTAL PLANETS. AND I USE ALOT OF TROWER, CRAY THE RADIATORS, ZAPPA AND SKYNYRD C.D.s. BUT YOUR DISCS I USE THE MOST. I USED TO PLAY BUT GAVE UP ONCE I HEARD YOU!!!!! I KNEW I'D NEVER PLAY LIKE THAT--lots of messed-up fingers from accidents/cars,motorcycles and lost a fight w/a snowblower.SO I JUST LISTEN NOW-A-DAYS. I USED TO PLAY ALONG WHILE LISTENNING TO SKYNYRD-YOU ZAPPA AND WOULD JUST LAUGH AT MYSELF WHEN I TRIED TO PLAY ALONG W/YOUR LIKS. STILL TOO THIS DAY I GET THOSE "ELECTRIC-SHIVERS" IN MY WHOLE BODY WHEN I PUT ANY OF YOUR MUSIC ON--LIKE A SHOCK TYPE VIBE, EVEN WITH VAI IT HAPPENS. CHECK-OUT THESE 2 TUNES; SAME OLD BLUES BY CLAPTON AND PHONE SONG OR MOREOVER "SAY WHAT FROM S.R.V. EVEN WHEN ERIC JOHNSON PLAYS S.R.V.in memory of s.r.v. BUT LISTEN TO ""SAY WHAT""BY S.R.VAUGHN ALSO "LIFE BY THE DROP"" AND YOU TOO MIGHT GET THAT ELECTRIC SPINE-TINGLE..... MY NAME IS MIKE W FROM CT. AND I COULD'NT LIVE W/OUT YOUR MUSIC IN MY LIFE... I LOVE YOU,MAN YOUR FAR TOO HUMBLE AND HAVE TO ACCEPT WHO YOU ARE--JOE SATRIANI--PERIOD....... AND YOU ROCK,WHY DO YOU THINK THEY MAKE GUITAR-HEROE WITH YOUR TUNES??? CAUSE YOU'RE THE BIG DOG ON THE BLOCK, SURE SOME COME CLOSE BUT NO ONE IS EVEN 63%OF YOUR TALENT. IF I COULD PLAY ANY STYLE IT WOULD BE HARD TO DECIDE BETWEEN YOU HENDRIX VAI STEVE GAINES(lynyrd skynyrd) AND ZAPPA,AND OF COURSE STEVIE RAY VAUGHN-GOD BLESS THESE WHO HAVE PASSED...... FREE BODYGAURD THATS ME, THE OFFER WILL ALWAYS BE OPEN. I DON'T DRUG,DRINK OR CARRY GUNS-(not often cause i'm a federal felon and stae felon-unrelated cases-fed was for bank robberies 23yrs ago-42 in november) i stay home, collect and stay away from society--it works for me.. I COLLECT CLAIMMING THE FEDS MADE ME PARANOID,PTSD,AND ANTI-SOCIAL AND THATS JUST WHAT PRISON DOES TOO ANYONE. LOTS OF LOVE FOR YOU,JOE-YOU'RE IN MY HEART&PRAYERS... RESPECTFULLY michael watras THEDRIVER3149@ATT.NET(but in all small letters) CAREFUL WITH THAT AXE EUGENE--- PINK FLOYD...DIG U ALOT, YOUR SOOOO HUMBLE YET SO GOOD,-GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Burly: thanks for the lead.
Joe: man, you don't believe how close I was to prepping 3 guitars and asking if you'd take one of the bodies (white base coat) into your studio to draw your pictures of dudes and aliens.
I'm staring at the Australian guitar magazine with your doodled js you're holding and thinking that's exactly what I had in mind! Lol!
Ahhh, well, maybe one day... If you do want to get rid of any of your old guitars, feel free to give me a call and I'll gladly pay for them. :)
I've said it before, but chickenfoot was a brilliant move for you, I am really enjoying the album, your enjoyment is really showing through. I'll try and catch one of your CA shows if I can sort out our trip to coincide, cannot wait to enjoy a live chickenfoot!!!!

roo - yeah it was a year ago last week that I saw Joe at The Forum (*sigh*) so every time I go past it I also think about Chickenfoot playing there, God I hope so...
Should have SMS'd me if you had a spare minute for coffee. I picked up a heap of boots in the last month, nowhere near yours of course.
So is it Brisvegas? Nice climate that's for sure, Canberra can be chill-ay I'm told.

Yeah, I mentioned it earlier, but only really had tonight to get tanked, and that's not a pretty sight. Gees, now I'm correcting my iphone's spelling, it's had more to drink than me!
Burly: what the {^{{%]%]#{ is a wallmart?

burly - hiya, geetar is very slow mainly due to lack of practice time, I now try to just pick up the guitar late in the evening whilst sitting on the couch or something and just play a bit of a routine - about a dozen open chords, switching open chords, then Father & Son, Killing Me Softly, Michael Row The Boat, Auld Lang Syne, Stand By Me haha then picking Ode To Joy, Minuet, Yankee Doodle (even more hilarious) then I try a few scales like A and C major and pentatonic, minor pentatonic etc although I can't remember any of them I still have to look at the fretboard diagram. Then I try to do another little bit of Ten Words, I can almost play it up to the solo (major roadblock there).
Barre chords are a nightmare so I avoid them for now.
Any pics of your racing driver thrills?
How's your playing going? When do we get a vid?
I hope you get your St Louis show.
