Burly: thanks for the lead.
Joe: man, you don't believe how close I was to prepping 3 guitars and asking if you'd take one of the bodies (white base coat) into your studio to draw your pictures of dudes and aliens.
I'm staring at the Australian guitar magazine with your doodled js you're holding and thinking that's exactly what I had in mind! Lol!
Ahhh, well, maybe one day... If you do want to get rid of any of your old guitars, feel free to give me a call and I'll gladly pay for them. :)
I've said it before, but chickenfoot was a brilliant move for you, I am really enjoying the album, your enjoyment is really showing through. I'll try and catch one of your CA shows if I can sort out our trip to coincide, cannot wait to enjoy a live chickenfoot!!!!

roo - yeah it was a year ago last week that I saw Joe at The Forum (*sigh*) so every time I go past it I also think about Chickenfoot playing there, God I hope so...
Should have SMS'd me if you had a spare minute for coffee. I picked up a heap of boots in the last month, nowhere near yours of course.
So is it Brisvegas? Nice climate that's for sure, Canberra can be chill-ay I'm told.

Yeah, I mentioned it earlier, but only really had tonight to get tanked, and that's not a pretty sight. Gees, now I'm correcting my iphone's spelling, it's had more to drink than me!
Burly: what the {^{{%]%]#{ is a wallmart?

burly - hiya, geetar is very slow mainly due to lack of practice time, I now try to just pick up the guitar late in the evening whilst sitting on the couch or something and just play a bit of a routine - about a dozen open chords, switching open chords, then Father & Son, Killing Me Softly, Michael Row The Boat, Auld Lang Syne, Stand By Me haha then picking Ode To Joy, Minuet, Yankee Doodle (even more hilarious) then I try a few scales like A and C major and pentatonic, minor pentatonic etc although I can't remember any of them I still have to look at the fretboard diagram. Then I try to do another little bit of Ten Words, I can almost play it up to the solo (major roadblock there).
Barre chords are a nightmare so I avoid them for now.
Any pics of your racing driver thrills?
How's your playing going? When do we get a vid?
I hope you get your St Louis show.

Hey joe,
I am 15 and a HUGE fan of your guitar playing. The way you use different scales in the same song like in surfing with the alien. I have been playing guitar for a couple of years and I look up to your guitar playing the most. I was wondering, Your guitar is so cool. I think that it is one of the coolest ever. Where did you get the idea for that guitar? And where can I get one?
Your the best!

SENIOR DRESS CODE
Many of us "Old Folks" (those over 50, WAY over 50, or hovering near 50) are quite confused about how we should present ourselves. We are unsure about the kind of image we are projecting and whether or not we are correct as we try to Conform to current fashions. Despite what you may have seen on the streets, the following combinations DO NOT go together And should be avoided :
1. A nose ring and bifocals
2. Spiked hair and bald spots
3. A pierced tongue and dentures
4. Miniskirts and support hose
5. Ankle bracelets and corn pads
6. Speedos and cellulite
7. A belly button ring and a gall bladder surgery scar
8. Unbuttoned disco shirts and a heart monitor
9. Midriff shirts and a midriff bulge
10. Bikinis and liver spots
11. Short shorts and varicose veins
12. Inline skates and a walker
And last, but not least...my personal favorite
13. Thongs and Depends

Hey Joe, got tickets to see you guys in Atlantic City, can't wait. Never saw you live, so this will be a real treat. Bring on the goods! Love the album, it is actually on of the few albums in the last 10 years that I can play all the way thru and not skip over crap. It is a true rock album, and a very good one at that.

I had this emailed to me - pretty cool! Needs to wash her feet though ha ha
Flexible & balls
Axeshredder - thanks for fixing the link, cool vid! Was that WMM on VIsta or XP?
Cheese - yeah, it was pushing it a little but I like pushing things a bit. In the end I could only get a couple days off work so I didn't have a lot of choice.
Slansh - wow, that sucks (ref yer Mac). At worst case I would have thought the info on the disc is fine, or at least recoverable. I know a great company for recovery but they're UK based. Shout if you're not having a lot of joy. Cool vid of you by the way. Bring on some more
Do The Stu - Joe had a whole host of cool players with him that night, for his little set along. Have you checked out the parcel yet? Now that you've mentioned Sevilla you might want to
Scuba - cool, well I guess the JS series pedals had better go on my list. Ought to get my ME-5 fixed too, then just need a new amp.... an maybe a couple more guitars LOL
Roo - are you sure you didn't just add the hawkguy into your footer during a drunken moment ha ha? Footer looks to be playing up again BTW.
You have to get the guitars sealed - as in top coat varnish??
They had Walmart when I first visited Sydney....
Burly - welcome to racing cars ha ha. A lot of the time that's par for the course. I used to have permanent bruising on my legs where I'd rest against the cage/cockpit. The more expensive the car, the worse it got (go figure!). The physical aspect (just from getting bumped and bounced around) is often overlooked, and draining. Request sent
Blue Moon - LMAO Al, chickenheads huh. Funny!
Ok, I think I'm caught up
Have a good day all
