hope you guys have a great time...i'll never forget my first satch camp experience on EoC tour at the hammerstein in nyc. Myself, John Riccio, Chris B, Frank Taylor (ya the dude that tabbed like all the original tabs at morkies guitar schtuff), chell, dave (husband yes?), man the list goes on and on...then we hit up Philly the next day with Evan Brown and Mak Hoffman...UN-list....that guitar cake. MEEEEMORRRIESSSSSSSSSSS....................

michelle - Congrats on winning the aftershow passes! Have a great time at the show this weekend.

So, question I've been meaning to ask for a while...assuming you have plenty to go around, can I buy a copy of your son's CD? If I can talk Tracie into it (if she feels like being nice...ha!), maybe she can get it from you and hold it for me until I see her for the Lake Tahoe gig? That might be easier than you going through the hassle of buying packing stuff to mail it...I doubt you have many cross-country orders.

I can pay you through PayPal, or an IOU with Tracie if she's cool with it?

axeshredderjc - That's good news about another year for Chickenfoot. I always thought that'd happen...bands like the RHCP work on such a large scale that there are always gaps of a few months between writing/recording/touring so the promo machine can get going.

BTW, cool MP3 of My Kinda Girl. I love that song...it's great to hear a recent version. The quality is pretty good; did you tape the whole show by any chance?

Skippygirl - Let's see...

- LISF CD and DVD
- 2005 Anaheim webcast (for the interview, obviously, but also in the crowd for the show with Tracie and Chris)
- PSATMOR bonus DVD (footage from the 2007 SWTA show...I'm in the crowd, and there's a brief clip of me being interviewed)
- Joe's PSATMOR podcasts (I went to four shows but think I only made it on the San Diego and San Francisco clips)
- Soap On A Rope video

Not bad! I've been pretty fortunate...

To answer your question about LeRoi Moore, he was injured in an ATV accident in late June last year while he was at home during a break from DMB's tour. He sat out the rest of the tour (Jeff Coffin from Bela Fleck & the Flecktones, longtime friends of DMB, filled in). Roi was in and out of the hospital a few times and died of complications from the injures (which included broken ribs and a punctured lung).

There's another nice Roi video (probably just for today) on the band's official site.

cheese101 - "chelle is a whole INCH shorter than me"

Good thing I'm not going to AC...could our three heights all fit in the same camera frame? ;-)

Have a fun and safe but really fun time on the east coast.

Ozzy_Fudd - Thanks...now I'm hungry!

Five Essential iPhone Applications For Musicians, Part One HERE

Thanks peeps! It's an honor!

MJK, how the hell are ya! I saw Chickenfoot at the TLA on the "road test" tour and they blew us away. They have so much fun! Where are you going here in PA?

Do The Burgers, yer just afraid to give me yer address, aren't you. lmao!! I'll pack an extra one to take with me. That'll be 5 low monthly payments of $17.42, with NO shipping & handling! ;-) What a deal!!

Oh, and by the way, I'm a total of 5 ft 4 inches there buddy! With my big girl shoes on I might just be the same height as Tracie...unless she spikes her doo, then I'll still be the midge. Wait, if it's humid my super straight hair might try to throw down with a split-end mini fro - then the game is on again! lol!

Axeshredder: Best of luck with your quest! Hopefully yours will be shorter than mine, 8 years and counting to have Petrucci sign This Photo. Someday... :)

Austin: Well that was a lucky guess, right? jajaja. You're right, I now need to find 10 hours to go thru all the commentaries and nuggets and such. BTW I will anxiously but patiently await for your message :D

Hey remember you mentioned a place similar to The Thing that I think was called Wall Drug? I saw this sticker driving in Juarez some time ago but I had forgotten about posting it until today. Must be one of those Katrina-damaged cars that ended up on one of our used car lots.

Ahh, the legacy of Brett Favre can only be properly documented by The Onion: I've Always Had A Passion For Stopping Things, Then Starting To Do Things Again. And this is an old article!! Can't wait to see what they come up with this time around.

Cappy Steve - I don't have it in for you...not yet, anyway!

Let me know if I missed something you asked...I've been on a different computer this week and haven't been marking things as read. You asked about the people in the photo, but Tracie answered before I could...you saw her reply, right?

elpp - I am so far behind on the Simpsons DVD sets, it's not even funny. I think I've only watched the first four seasons all the way through, with bonus features.

There are a lot of other TV shows on DVD that have been sucking up my time...Frasier and Curb Your Enthusiasm, to name two. And I always go back to rewatch my favorites (X-Files, Buffy, Futurama), which just puts me further behind when new stuff comes out.

Also, good spot on the Wall Drug bumper sticker. I'm impressed you remembered!

punkdude75 - Good job with the cover...I really like your tone.
Skippygirl - Asking for show reviews is a nightly thing for you, isn't it? :-) Keep it up...it's great to read everything in the morning.

You need your Australia dates, ASAP!

Do the Burgers - No biggie Austin, i'd had a few last night and was messing a bit. I did indeed see the Cheesy one's answer. I think you previously made a post about violins and saxes in a rock band and I posted a link to some ELO (who I still listen to), further to that, David Cross (ex King Crimson) is still going strong with his fiddle ably assisted by our very own Clarkus Maximus.

Blimey, it's birthday central around here at the minute ;-)

Satriella - cos I thought I saw one.... a bright orange light (not flashing) going extremely fast across the sky, no noise.... to almost stationary in a second, and extreme direction change... was interesting

Axeshredder - that's a really cool story about your first guitar. I heard all this cool guitar work on the radio and decided I wanted to learn. My Dad took me to London and we got a strat copy, an amp etc. Had no idea whether it was any good or not.... I still have it. It doesn't quite look the same now lol

Nice work from your show, thanks for sharing. Did you have to do a lot of work on the audio?

Michelle - very late Happy Birthday from me. Wotcha get? Congrats on the passes... you lucky thang. Thats yer bday pressy from Joe. Have a great time at the show

I have the same prob with pain killers - no food before hand and I feel worse than before I took em. Go figure

Castle49 - late happy hubby birthday too

GG2 - and another late happy birthday.

Elpp - ouch, that sounds really painful. How is it now?

Skippygirl - just thinkin, you have 4 months left to learn Satch Boogie? - no pressure ;-b That potato video mentions Joe a few times doesn't it!??

Once .... Twice etc etc

Cheese101 - T, good vibes from me to Chris and some support vibes to you (so you have extra for Chrispy). How's he doing now? Still hungry lol?

Have a great time at the PhillyPhoot (almost)!

Scubadaz - I know what you look like next time. Day of the Triffids, classic. And referring to recent posts, isn't "the future in the past" ... lame joke. Almost as bad as my Lady Ga Ga one

Fatape - step away from the jigsaw! No guitar mods required ta, especially not with your V12 jigsaw! How about you turn the jig off, nip over to Ozzy's, and do some more Youtoob stuff? That would be cool

Bigbunny - Hi L. I ran with Up in the Sky as my ring tone for ages. As I've now got a work phone as well that has Soap on a Rope. LOADS of people have asked me who/what's that when the phone goes off so I introduce them to the delights of Chickenfoot

Peace Lilly - that's a kinda cool, kinda funny way to discover Joe's music ! Enjoy

Do The Stu - damn, looking at that photo I'm short!!!

Cappy Steve - about the T2J pic... what Cheese says : )

I found a really old vid the other day and couldn't believe what was on there... will try and upload some clips shorltly

Have a great day everyone
