Hey Joe,
I've been playing guitar for a few months now and I really love it. I got started because of players like you who have always sounded great. When I first heard you perform (it was a video of you playing "Surfing with the Alien") I was in awe. I called my dad over and he instantly recognized you and started telling me how great of a player you are. Since then you have really become an inspiration for my guitar playing and how people should treat their fans (Like how you do online lessons, podcasts, etc.).
Anyway, I think Chickenfoot has been the best thing in music in YEARS! I would just like to say you and hopefully Chickenfoot really need to play in the central Florida area. My dad and I would love to see you guys in concert!
Keep on rockin' Satch!

Joe is so very USA American........we can't live without our cars and our garages. I speak from experience.
The Dutch are quite interesting......they gave us Eddie and Alex Van Halen and Vincent Van Gogh (sad that he was so very depressed) and my dad's friend Andy Van Auker, a painter and ink drawing master. He gave my dad an ink drawing of a human female figure---very geometrically done. I remember all the circles, triangles and rectangles making up the woman in the picture. My dad had it on a wall in our living room.
And best of all the Netherlands has given us Guitar Vibes, an extraordinary dutch brother/friend! It's all because of Guitar Master Joe......who brought all these ppl together.

Hey Joe: (greeting and a great song)
My 16 year old son, Ian, met you and had his Les Paul signed by you in San Diego at the Guitar Trader recently but could not go to your show. He will be attending the Musicians Institute in Hollywood next year, and is a wicked lead guitarist, with influences of You, Malmsteen, Di Meola, Van Halen, Ritchie Blackmore, Hendrix, Page and others. We saw info a while back about Chickenfoot and I told him I would buy tickets when the band came to San Diego. Now I see CF is playing a 21+venue in San Diego in September and he will not be allowed in. Not cool!!! I know your agent books where the band can get the maximum fee, but this is shutting out young people who want to go. What can be done? Casinos just want over 21's to come in and gamble b4 and after the show
I gave him Surfing with the Alien when he was 7 years old and he's hooked.
My son wants to see the band!!!! Help, is there something you can do, hes a very talented(prodigy)young guitarist, very good young man, I take him to only the best shows and want to take him and his twin sister to this event. He has met Ringo, and had another guitar signed by Ian Anderson, as his name is Ian too. I used to operate Humphrey's Concerts in San Diego and he and his sister saw many great shows and met many great performers. Ian has a double cut Gibson Les Paul, an Ibanez S series, an ovation, a miniture Les Paul with IA's autograph, His Les Paul Special with your signature, A full Marshall Stack, and a Jimmy Page 12/6 string SG coming to him for Christmas, already purchased.
Help, I want to take him to the show!!!!

"Let's all go Home" Wow!!
Alan, can the word "simplistic" be rightly used for this song? I think not. It looks simple to a beginner because I don't have the experience that you have. And any mistakes are because you are human (whether "being" or "beast" or both, LOL!). Guitar playing is just that "playing" and having fun...no matter how roughly done. Good song. ;-)
I'm gonna listen to "Nights with Alice Cooper" tonight online at Q107, Calgary, Alberta, CANADA!!!
Gotta go to work (library) now.

Joe is so very human, too, like all musicians. His gift/genius is unique. He does have an invisible space around him that needs to be respected and not crossed without his permission. All of us humans do---just need to be mindful of that. I hope all the fans take note.

js1200js1000....yeah Duluth has some nice spots. I would'nt want to live there in the winter though. They have hills like San Francisco. You could open a brake repair shop downtown and make millions.
