scubadaz...We are about 100 miles north of Duluth. Or 60 miles south of the Canadian border. A very rare incident unless she got too close to mama's babies. Speaking of wildlife...I saw another bobcat last friday. Probably the same one as the first sighting, but this time it ran right in front of my car...damn near killed it. Pretty cool anyways. Not something you see every day. Even way up here in the "woods".

R.I.P. Les Paul :(

Love my Les Paul

Love my Ibanez JS

Music lost a true innovator.

Rock In Peace

I hope they do a tribute for him. Many great axe men on one stage. I'd love to see Zakk and Satch on the same stage

Just got some good news. My BBW has been fixed and ready to be collected. Apparently the garage door opener was getting confused with the phone, so they got it all sorted out. The tech's even installed a remote for my TV and a PS3 control.

R.I.P. Les Paul: Many may not know that Les Paul suffered for his art. Years ago he was in an accident that nearly ended his use of his right arm. When the Docs asked if they should amputate he asked if the could just set it in a position so he could strum. He palyed that way for many years never letting it slow him down. He did seem to gain some mobility......or maybe he was just good at not showing it. Where would we all be with out you Les Paul?

So sad to wake to the news about Les Paul. RIP. My thoughts are with his family & friends. Play on

Axeshredder - thanks for the vox link. Is the question what was your first guitar or what was the first guitar you fell in love with?

If it's the latter, it would be my Washburn KC-90... (until the JS line was released). I kept seeing it in guitar mags and had to have one... and my Dad introduced me to the world of how to get a good deal

Scubadaz - yeah, I noticed that. I guess it's too heavy to play often? Or they just wanted to change things up a bit. I know what you mean about FITP, it was a cool moment

Michelle - kudos on your message from AK, nice one! I can't watch your hump day vid (restricted). Feck. Say Hi to Dave next time for me : )

Cheese101 - ah, there you are. ChickenAC - nearly time. You all have a great time get lots of pics etc for us.

Campbell - cool about U2. Let us know how it goes

Skippy - I did say we should hand the reins over to wolfie... (ha ha)

On a lighter note.... check out this link for the awesome photo, and the even better name of the lake!

I guess they named it after someone short....

... still can't type....
