More news:
After a raucous concert in Charlotte, NC, the legendary Lemmy Kilmister, founding member of the Grammy award-winning band, Motorhead, made a call that would change the world. With a desire to give fans something they had never had, the cultural icons joined JoggleBug.com for their launch. Motorhead, the hardest working, hardest touring band in the world, is without a doubt one of the most respected rock bands today, and Lemmy is one of rock 'n roll's most influential and iconic figures. Fans of the powerhouse trio can now check in to JoggleBug daily to hear Lemmy's updates from the road. JoggleBug provides artists and celebrities the capability to speak directly to their fans in real-time and real voice. "He's the coolest guy, and I'm so honored that he believed in my vision from the beginning," says Ann Cameron Troy, JoggleBug Co-Founder and CEO. "His presence is as undeniable as his voice and when you can hear directly from Lemmy, you know it's real, not an assistant or manager writing or texting for him." This was the reason JoggleBug was created in the first place. With a phone call, Lemmy can give Motorhead fans, tour updates, insight from the road, show stories and a glimpse into his life, in his own voice. JoggleBug is a free service for fans to gain access into the real time lives of the artists and celebrities they love. http://www.jogglebug.com/motorhead

Roo, Camarillo Outlets, look no further... Take 101N... It's like 45 min NW of Hollywood. Go early, otherwise it'll take 3 hours in traffic. Saturday morning is the best time to go there.

Warning: You'll spend 10 hours in this place and you'll feel you're not done!

HI Joe,

Paul Baker here.

I'd love to say hi. I have a large creative project on the table at a LA film production co and could use some mentoring from my old (20years ouch) friend/sensi.

I've been at Pixar for 9 years, have to show you this place, playing music the whole way sense I last saw you. Some exciting music/ideas. Still thinking very big!!

Congrats on Chickenfoot and your amazing career,

peace,

paul baker

Chickenfoot at the Greek Theater was the probably the greatest rock show I have ever seen. First time that I got to see Joe live - what an absolute treat and privledge. I've seen so many of the great virtuosos, rockers, and shredders - but Joe stands alone. I hope these guys stay together.

Hi Joe,

I'm new to your site. I have been listening to your music off and on for 17 years. I'm not a musician, just a fan. Your work is absolutely brilliant!!! I first learned of your music from my high school boyfriend (he played guitar) and it was the only positive thing I got out of that relationship. I think The Extremist was the first album I owned. I had it on cassette tape so I guess I'm old now. We parted ways long ago but I still listen to your music. At least my love for your music has lasted. Though I love most of your songs, my favorite is definitely Circles.

Not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask, but I'm wondering if there is somewhere I could register to receive email notifications of upcoming tour dates. I live in the Boston Massachusetts area. I have always wanted to see you perform live but I always seem to find out about the shows after the fact. It was just yesterday that I read that you had visited Boston in August. The worst part was learning that I had attended another show at the same venue that same week. If only I had known. I would have loved to see that show.

Anyway, I know you're a busy man, so I won't be offended if you don't reply but it would be great to hear from you. BTW, I love Professor Satchafunkilus and the Musterion of Rock album. You never fail to amaze me with your extraordinary talent.

Best Always, Sunshine Lady

mikesb:The concert in Uzbekistan with Sogdiana was a wake up call in so many ways. The music there is obviously completely different to the West, but the passion with which a musician plays is paramount like flamenco fire, hence the applause on the vid. These people understand what is giving yourself in total

Cappy:Gav is doing very well Journeyman Gav is like....the Joe Satriani of traditional Scottish fiddle playing for me.....the man has a memory like an elephant, INCREDIBLE, 2 hours playing every tune in europe y can think with no repeat / no mistakes.....and thats after a few brews!!!!...mmmm think about how many notes in order with ornamental notes etc in just one tune & y get it......2-4000 notes plus per tune...oooph.To be honest it was Gav that got me into playing tunes....he is my grim reaper lmao
