Really enjoyed your broadcast Joe!...maybe break out some of those Nascar tracks. Playing Not of the Earth and PSATMOR back to back was a cool reflection on the evolution of your music but also Flashed me Back to the 80's. I havent heard Super Collosal in a while....a truly underated Album!....hey...you know i would surely like to hear from the Professor and his alien Buddy...lol..that was Fun!

My mom landed back in the ER today. She was having a hard time breathing and her chest was full of gunk. She sounds worse than she did the last time I talked to her yesterday - more congested. They gave her a breathing treatment to try to open her lungs up, and she said she felt a little better after that. Now she has bronchitis. FFS man, she prolly had it last week when she went in, but they said the tests came back clear then and were just worried about her heart. They also have to get her sugar down, and cut down on the blood thinner she's taking to fix the problem with her heart.

I told her I'm looking for a paper bag... she told me to shake it good. lol!

Earlier when I talked to my pop, he said they were trying to clear her "barnacle tubes". Yep, that happens when he's nervous. Words get substituted and i try to figger out wtf is going on. It's almost like talking to McKenna on a Friday night. lol!

I'm spent. My pillow is calling me and it's not even bedtime...or is it?

Axeshredder- one can see a big difference after watching the Cabo sound checks and then watching that one . So sad ., all that skill and too tormented by his personal demons to even enjoy it. That is why I love to watch Joe play, he never looks like he would rather be anywhere else in the world. And the same for Chad Sam and Micheal.

Michelle - your poor momma.! I have decided that our parents give us more grey hairs than our children. At least that is true of mine . My dad especially (heart and kidney issues but doin good right now.) Hope your mom gets better soon.

Hey! To all the guys bad mouthing EVH, please take into consideration the following: the guy is a guitar genious :)

Having said that, he may have a bad temper sometimes but we don't know what the other guys and the overall situation were like.

Also, we're looking at a sound check of a band that had been playing years! Those guys are tired of each other.

Chickenfoot is only playing for less than one year. Those guys still find that all new.

Imagine what would it be like if Joe ONLY played with Chickenfoot for years? Couldn't he also be "slightly" stressed out?

Guys, I know you (we) all love Joe, but be fair to Eddie and don't take the current Sammy's criticism as absolute truth.

By the way, I love Sammy, but he shows part of being a very little man when he insists on bad mouthing Eddie. Sammy owes Eddie a lot (and vice-versa, I know)
