Well after nearly 20 years me and the missus are calling it a day. Were finished, there's nothing left. I won't go on about it, but let me say, Talk to your partners every day about everything. Be open and honest. I just wish I'd followed my own advice....

Ozzy, so sorry to hear your news....you hang in there, k? I know this is the absolute pits right now and it prolly feels like life will never be happy again....you will eventually come out the other side of this, but it will take time, and if you need to vent, we have lots of ears...and shoulders... here.

Hugs.

Burly, how's yer daughter?

I guess it's officially pouring. Now my mom is sick and had to go to the ER. They're doing chest x-rays now. Dunno if she has pneumonia or what?

This is as good a time as any to say it. Fuck!

Hang in there Ozzy, no matter if it's one or 20 years, it's never easy to go thru such a big change, the one thing I can suggest is do not go thru it alone. Friends, family, lean on them and move on.

And I respectfully disagree completely with your advice, my marriage ended because I expressed my honest opinions on things with which I did not agree with her. Of course no formula is perfect, but that's my experience.

Joe - when you first picked up the guitar what was the order of things you learnt over, say, the first year?

I know you were 14 and probably had 23 hrs per day to play but generally, what did you learn first, second, third etc?

Or was it completely ad-hoc, although I find that hard to imagine of you :>).

Hi Ozzy, just wanted to let you know I've been through something similar last year. I felt like crap for more than one year. The good news is, after the storm passes, you'll find yourself in a much better place. Good luck and be patient! Abraços, VP

Cheers, everyone. Thank you for your kind words.
T2J never ceases to amaze me.
The people here are some of the nicest people from over the world.
It's amazing what kind of people are attracted to Joe's music.
I'm good, torn, but good. The wife's, lets say, coping. We will pull through this. we refuse it to get nasty and full of hate. To many good times over the past 20 to leave on a sour note. We both have fatape here with a friendly smile and a keeping an eye out for us. Your one in a million dude...
Skippy- Cheers girl.
