hey all!

been gone for a week, had to catch up on 9 pages of posts! good to be working again though! a little rough going back to construction work after 20 years. did a roofing job this week 3 story house. kinda hard on a 46 year old body but gotta do what ya gotta do. still got the Macy's thing coming up in a few weeks. that will be a break.

so folks here are a little pissed about the $750 Vegas show too! my wife filled me in to whats been happening on the Sammy board and oh boy there are a lot of pissed off people over there! i agree with everybody that this is just BS and i would be shocked if JOE had anything to do with this. Joe is just to down to earth and too good a person to have fans pay that kind of $$$ to meet him. hell we met him for free thanks to his genorousity on this board. its obvious though that some people not only have the money to do this but are that desperate to meet the stars! we'll take our chances like we always have. standing in line before the show for hours on end, enter any contests that are available and just having great enthusiasm for the band. thats how we got to meet them twice this tour and we didn't buy anything besides regular tickets.

for everyone "across the pond" in merry ole England, don't forget to watch our home team the Patriots playing this Sunday at Wembley! even though sometimes they drive me crazy with the inconsistency in play this year gotta say go PATS!!!

well took up enough space here gotta catch up on house chores.

be safe everyone, have a great week and hope all is well for you and your families!

Cheese- I live about 200 miles east of Portland ,in a little town 'bout 15 mi. from the Ore/Wa border. The area is famous for Watermelons. My family and friends spend a lot of time boating on the Columbia river Thats my hubby's passion, he loves to be on the river(when he's not working his _ss off.) What kind of "fur butts" do ya have ? Cats or dogs? I have dogs, my cat vanished about 2 months ago. He was a manx, I called him "Tubby butt". Coolest critter I ever had, he loved me desperately and really no one else much.

I don't know 'bout any body else but I would love to see some blue. It always seems to cheer everybody up when we get a "Joe message "

Hope peoples are feeling well and have a great day!

Let's try to put this in a different context:

Imagine for a minute that you do have 750 bucks to burn on a hobby. Is there any artist dead or alive for which you would pay 750 bucks for a meet-and-greet? And which kind of M&G would you prefer?

Can't think of anyone alive, so my choice would be a one hour Q & A session with Dimebag Darrell, in which you're allowed to bring in a guitar and jam a bit while downing some beers. Get some pointers on how to play his riffs, equipmnt choices, and walk out of there totally drunk. Now THAT would've been worth it!

Just back from the Joe Bonamassa show! What a killer guitarist! If you haven't heard any of his work, do your ears a favor and pick up some of his work. You have my word, you won't be disappointed!

Can't sleep..rice harvest almost over...finally.

Tons of pages to catch up on.

Skippy- Davey is a cutie and i mean that in the most heterosexual sense possible. :-) ..and we are all jealous about the kiss on the cheek. Glad you enjoyed the show. He's great live, isn't he?

Did I miss anything?

Anyway..A quick glass of milk and off to bed.

For $750 a M&G would have to be a whole night of unprotected wild sex with Angelina Jolie (incl at least 7 positions and a blowjob)
