bluebuffalo: Thanks for the heads up on the conditions over there. Maybe we will spend a night at the coast just to see it during the winter.
I totally understand your frustration with the White Album. I made a pretty negative post about it a while back on here if you happened to see it. I also made a negative post about it on the CF website. I've found that over there, if the admin doesn't like what you say, your comments don't get approved. If you don't have something nice to say about CF or Best Buy, then you don't get to say anything at all. I was kinda pissed about that, still am actually!
Obviously they (record company, management??) are putting a lot of trust in the fact that since they are a 'supergroup', their fans will buy ANYTHING they release, no matter what it is (White Album) or how expensive ($750 Cabo Vegas package). So far this has been true I guess; the expensive ass tickets sold out in minutes I believe, and lots of people are buying the album again (myself included). I must say this DVD has made me wonder if the actual Live DVD that has been mentioned will be worth a damn, or if it will be footage from 20 different shows cut together with some live audio thrown over it.
All I've done is bitch about this since it came out, and I apologize. Without making my already long post even longer, I think it's just that my life runs on a fairly set schedule; every day being nearly the same. And Joe's music is always part of my schedule. Now here comes along this new CF DVD that was hyped up to be the greatest thing since the first CF Album, which was the greatest thing since PSATMOR, but once I sit down to watch it, after a few weeks of having the excitement about it as part of my routine also, I realized that for the most part it was a huge let down. Blah, blah, I've made my point. I'm sure I sound nuttier than a Christmas Cake....
Jesus, I hope my posts aren't carrying that dreaded 'golden' sound. Maybe I need some of this!!

Joe- I sure you can call any lawyer on a good way out of Jury Duty but many do have to serve so heres a few bits of info i would find important if i was called....good luck
At almost any cost, try to avoid being seated on a grand jury. Duty on a grand jury means that you will be hearing assistant district attorneys asking for indictments on a number of cases over an extended period of time. Grand jury duty is both long and tedious.
Always follow the law when dealing with the judicial system, but cop a serious attitude at the same time. You need to present yourself as unstable and stubborn to avoid any and all jury duty.

Ian, this is the place where you can say what you like, I'm cool with it. The real Chickenfoot DVD out next spring will feature one great night in Phoenix, at The Doge Theater. I haven't seen the video edit yet, but the audio is awesome... Axeshredder, I don'r mind doing my civic duty... but, now I got the flu, or, something... maybe they will make me leave the court!... Joe - How does it work out to where you can tour the country and play in front of thousands of people night after night and not get sick, but then you catch something as soon as you have a few days at home? Hope you feel better soon...
As for needing a burger...go to In-N-Out! You probably haven't been there since you went with Chad the morning of the Universal City gig, huh? ;-)
...Austin...

everything on earth suffers sooner or later, the concept of being vegan is a healthy one but also downright dangerous if you dont slowly edge into it.If your a workhorse and dont have a diet plan stick to the juicy yummy murdered steak imo

My name is in blue!! ...I'm not worthy...
Wouldn't you figure the one time Joe reads one of my posts it's me bitching and moaning about something Joe-related. :(. I am ashamed of myself... I'll stop bitching now.
Joe: in case you happen to read through again, just to clarify; it was the content of the DVD and the handling of the pre order process by Best Buy that I was upset about, just got off on a little tangent before. Everything you do is wonderful and I hope that I didn't offend you earlier. I'm Sorry if I did. Good luck fightin' off the bug. Hope you get a cool trial at least, if you have to do it at all.
One of a few perks of being in the military... no jury duty! Not my cups of tea.

Wow, going Vegan is a pretty big change. I've been veggie all my life, and find that ever-so-slightly-tricky sometimes...can't imagine being Vegan though, I just love cheese too much!
Listening to: Times Like These by Foo Fighters (just got their Greatest Hits album, pretty good stuff)
