Woke up this morning to my husband downstairs laughing hysterically. I didn't know what was going on, but it was a great way to be woken up. (is woken a word?) Anyways, he was watching a comedian on this weekends free Showtime. We all just got done watching the guy, and man, he's funny as hell! Great Italian humor, and he kinda resembles a 1980's Joe at some points. lol!

different show, but funny bit Italian weddings

Hey Joe, if you and Jeff C. need some laughs on the road, get some dvd's of this guy.

Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens.

oxley, that would be awesome! lol!
Al, beautiful. After listening I'm not sure if I wanna curl up in a ball & cry, or put on all my winter gear and go look for some snow to trudge thru until I die of exhaustion. I won't be doing either, but good job as always.
Last night I was listening to my mp3 player with my headphones. I was in the kitchen when Solitude came on. It literally stopped me in my tracks. I stood there till it was over, with every hair on my body standing on end. The soft bells in the background and the simplicity of the guitar. So simple, and yet so deep. Amazing.
Thanks for that one Joe :-)

Skippeeeeeee! Nice to see & hear you!
Is anyone else on the vid? I don't have time to sit through the entire thing now, but if I know to look for someone and at what time in the vid I'll try to get back to it.

Hehe thanks Shel, I managed not to make a complete idiot of myself (I hope). it was VERY COOL to talk with Joe for the first time. It was 7:30 am Sunday morning for me so I had to set the alarm, throw a T shirt over my jammies and grab a thermos mug of espresso and jump on the puter whilst everyone else was asleep. That's why I look dreadful! My hair was a disaster,.
I was chosen to chat with Joe first which was a buzz, and I was the only girl and the only Aussie haha. One for the girls!
The youtube shows Joe's screen, which is why it stays on the person he is talking to rather than him. Whereas on my monitor Joe was in the big window.
If you get time to watch the whole thing it's fantastic! Joe of course is a wonderful chatter and his answers are really interesting. There is a terrific guy who had guitars and amps all around his room and was sitting there with a guitar plugged in and Joe asked him to play something so the guy ripped a short riff and it was really fun.
How cool to do that sort of thing with your supporters. One guy was from Venezuela and another was from Turkey, how fantastic for the 3 of us half a world away (and the other 7 presumably across the USA) get to talk to Joe???

g'day everyone.I was wondering if anyone could help me.I play an ibanez rg370 dxz which comes from the factory with inf4 humbker pickup in the bridge and inf3 single coil in the middle and inf3 humbker in the neck.they are supposed to produce good harmonics but i cant seem to get any really good ones out of it so i was wondering if anyone knows if the pickup height would have an affect on how good the harmonics are,or if not what are some good choices of pickup that produce good rock tones and harmonics.thanks.

Just listened to a segment on Itunes of Van Halen's single Tattoo. I gotta say....Not at all impressed. Hopefully it's just the 1:30 piece that was chosen as the preivew. Not sure. I really want to like it, but I'm not sure I want to spend 1.29 on it either. =\
