...hey just getting ready to kill the police im pretty sure their breaking the law again Erich man he,sjust been kicked out hes coming here today because he was involved in commiting me before their suppose to make sure he doesnt live here last time i killed well the first ime 33 dead police last time 54 dead police i blow everyones brains out at the station this is the law they cant grasp that so kingston penitenarie gives me permision to kill them more coffee later wolf2.

anyways everytime he comes here i do a contract for ahitman so far hes been here 3 times not allowed thats ever police involved all 3 times 3 different hitman !. buddy my hitman break right into the police station shootem in the head for the tina thing automatic hitman pluss 11 fingers and 8 dead sent ahit man right now my hitman just killed 120 police they tried to make my policeforce bigger illegaly hey man this is all ligit but everytime they let erich come here i send ahit man no shit and they keep on fucking geting shot in the head man these thing dont do their job and break the laws so i send hitmen like evryday so far they get hit everyday for 47 years right now no shit! anyways 8 pm risperdal time later wolf2. hey most of em are on borrowed time if you know what I mean? later wolf2.

I got chickenfoot on the brain ! ! Good stuff...Joe is way more relaxed with these guys. I suppose he can just play whatever comes off his fingers instead of having to play all of his songs note for note. Good for him....I think it's a great vibe..

Frits:nice vibes....spam away, everyone else does
pip:2 pints of guinness a week for Iron & vitamin B12 when being social, everything else i get from plants fruits nuts soya.Used to take oily fish, cod liver oil etc but get vit D now from ye good ol sun after immigrating to Barcelona.
A childs body on the other hand has an enormous demand for protein so until my lil man is older and can make wise decisions for himself, a diet of egg fish chicken mixed with various veg etc every other day imo is essential.Best diet move cept for special occasions was quiting smoking & cutting back on my alcohol intake.A couple o pints of guinness a week with a small cigar sits well with me but hey, each to their own n all that

I must admit (since diet is the subject of the Joe week) that very healthy living, forced by my heart problems after decades of the rock&roll lifestyle, improved my playing. By learning more and quicker with concentration, a clear head and stamina.
(but still 20 kg to loose, that's the hard part: lots of good big steaks and fries with rich sauces and guitar playing go very well together)
