Glitzy - well done on your run time!! You are SO consistent, surely you will get a wildcard entry to one of the marathons. I, too, have no Chickenfoot videos to upload but there have been some beauties on youtube so it will be exciting to see them all if they publish them somehow.

A little boast - pride is a shameful thing but I'm a Mum - my eldest child won the overall academic prize for her year level at the school end of year function on Friday night (its the end of school year here) - best thing was the prize was an encyclopedia of the universe about 8cm thick woo hoo I'll love reading that over Christmas I love astronomy stuff.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and everyone who celebrates it. watch out for dropping turkeys.

Check this vid out - I had to chuckle - two knuckleheads mucking around at home before a Chickenfoot show

Chelle, how was pops and mum? I'm keepin every toe, finger and eyeball that I have crossed he dunt need surgery. And yep, good times man, good times, lol!! I miss our chats wih the whole gang! Don, I especially agree with the personal responsibility part...and the truth, kindness...and common sense, so basically yeah, all of it, lol!! In my job I see a lot of people not taking responsibility for the decisions they made that lead them to disaster. Some of them feel the government is responsible to fix the messes they made for themselves. Sigh....

Glitz, Cappy and Peace, so sorry for your losses, life is sometimes just pure suckage. Really, really sorry :(

Freddy, c'mere and I'll SHOW you how the turkey is with a smack upside yo' head with it!! LOL!!! He's perfectly fine whilst my toe.....is very purple, very fat and NOT happy!! I'ma ESPECIALLY enjoy that first bite on Thursday!

Peace, I do believe I can use that excuse for 90% of my life, CRS.....LOL!!

Love ya Joe!!

Monterrey Trace - Major suckage indeed, unfortunately I think i've known more close peeps die in the last couple of years than in all my life. It's a real pisser when you realise you're getting used to it. Needless to say my bud and his kids are absolutely devastated.

Hi Guitarvibes. As I recall, you were looking for a woman from Canada, Ireland or UK. A little travel may help if you can spare the time.

Glitz Man--Steve is doing fine, thank you. I'm under the weather with a stupid upper respiratory infection. I'm fighting it with antibiotics. I need a nurse at the moment.

Enjoying Alan and friends comedy times. Thanks, Alan and Slans, and M and Tracie and Mark L and Mikesb and ....

JOE--Makes me feel better that you are well. Thanks for all the recent posts. Because..I love you...after all. I have so much catching up to do on the music scene. One step at a time....like a banana slug...LOL! I'm still waiting for the DVD, LIVE IN PARIS from 2008. Patience, patience! I'm still going through the "honeymoon" of finding out all kinds of fasinating things about you and Stu Hamm and Jeff Campitelli and Galen Henson. Then there's all the other guitar heroes--Mr. Vai and Mr. Morse and Andy Timmons and their band members......such a wealth of knowledge for a library page/assistant/aide. Libraries and education are in the fabric of my being. THANK YOU FOR "YOU SAVED MY LIFE" an instantaneous experience--no intros or outroes. I still love ZZs Song with its solo simplicity.....The world's a better place because you are present..

One thing about feeling under the weather it gives a person permission to laze about and indulge in guilty pleasures.........You Tube for example. Today has been nostalgia day, I watched" I Believe " then I watched "The Extremist" like twice and finished up with "Big Bad Moon" I know its Joe from long ago, " But I like it"....LOL

Cappy Steve- sorry to hear about the loss, my condolence's to your friend and of course to you, too. Keep your spirits up .

Hope every one is enjoying their day , I should get something done, but I just don't have the energy. The wind is blowing like a banshee outside, I hope a tree doesn't fall on my house.......................

Peace Lily, Thank you for the warm welcome to T2J. I read you are not feeling well. G-d Speed recovery!

Axeshredder, Thank you kindly for the note in regard. I read you play guitar for 30 years, wow, very impressive history with a battle axe. I would be doing well to hold one for 30 minutes! Nice...

GlitzMan, Thank you for the welcome likewise. A runner. Congratulations on 5K! And you just keep running... a 4K coming up...I am on TeamA2A4A, did the 26 mile marathon in Portland this year. I hate running. :) Run on Man! Re: "What songs do you like from him?" In response to your question GlitzMan, it is an artists 'style' that attracts me, so I would have to say all of the songs. In my humble opinion Joe communicates through his guitar which 'sings' for him. That precise, clear communication is a hard characteristic to employ in the art of a musician's instrument. Thank you for asking. May I ditto the question and ask if you have favorite songs by Joe and the band? If I am being too nosey you can tell me, I handle rejection very well. Kind Regards, Caroline
