Thank you cube and slans

I must admit (since diet is the subject of the Joe week) that very healthy living, forced by my heart problems after decades of the rock&roll lifestyle, improved my playing. By learning more and quicker with concentration, a clear head and stamina.
(but still 20 kg to loose, that's the hard part: lots of good big steaks and fries with rich sauces and guitar playing go very well together)

Ibanezplyr I like the photos. Most of all TLB with my very secret love Jennifer Young.

Alan who did you wake-up with this morning, and how was it dressed? Like a girl or a boy?

cube it;s kinda interesting to hear a totally different version by mr. gilberry (not to be confused with the talented mrs. strawberry)

Hi Everyone:

Here are the results from my Marathon Run: My time was 3 hours, 11 minutes, and 24 seconds. I just missed qualifying Boston by 25 seconds. That's okay, there's always other marathons. I came in 3rd in my Age Division; 10th overall. I had mixed emotions afterwards. A little disappointed that I didn't qualify, but glad that I finally did this marathon, which was one of my goals to do. I'm planning on doing more in the long run. Now I have my last Points Race (a 5K) next week.

Well, time for some R&R. I got some cleaning & laundry to do afterwards, and work tomorrow morning.

See ya everyone!

Skippygirl: Boston will have to be put on hold for now. Enjoy your vacation & all the Mojitos. Drink one for me (and everyone here)! Maybe you could come to the U.S. when I have another marathon run on my list: Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, South Bend, etc. You and Mr, Skippy & everyone here in this forum that could come would be awesome.

Glitzy - well done Champ on your first marathon! Fantastic result to come so close in your first one and terrific result in your age group. Over that distance, 25 sec is a drop in the ocean I bet many runners try lots of times to qualify. Heading to the airport to go home, will be good to be back with the family.
