Thanks Austin. I actually went to the Hendrix Experience show here in Portland about 3 or 4 years ago. Paul Rodgers was the vocalist and a bunch of guitarists + Buddy Guy.

We were planning to go to the CF movie tonight. In the theater listings it has Morgantown, PA as one of the theaters. That's less than an hour from here, so we were going to go to that one. When I checked the movie listing for today's date - NO Chickenfoot? So round and round I went and always came up with the same thing. I finally googled the theater name. It's in West Virginia. I came home from work for my husband to tell me that he'd been looking for the movie today at work, and he came to the same conclusion (without knowing mine) that it's listed in the wrong state. That's disappointing.

Hey Everyone!
I'm off to see the Chickenfoot movie. I am excited and looking forward to it. The nearest Carmike was about 10-15 minutes from here (thank goodness). Well, time to get seated. Chat with you all later. Chickenfoot movie baby! OH YEAH!
Later y'all.

Still don't know if I am gonna go to the movie........I want to but I really don't want to drive by myself....hubby too tired and wore out from workin all day.
Maybe I'll make my son go with me. Its about 50 min. trip , not too far but there is a big hill that likes to ice up and get foggy this time of year. What to do ...what to do?.........
I hate making decisions but I better make it soon or its gonna be too late.
Edit- Have a great time Glitzman !

I'm going to attempt to watch tonight's screening at the Bridge theater in LA. I got a Chickenfoot email last night that said the theater has changed to this one...I see a generic listing on the theater's website for the Chickenfoot thing, but it's not included on the day's schedule. Maybe that's just because tickets aren't available online? Another fustercluck... ;-)
I really do appreciate the extra effort that's being put into all things Chickenfoot (fan club, tons of podcasts, music videos, fan contests, and this movie thing), but some of them are so poorly organized that die-hard fans end up missing out.
I just called the theater and got someone's voicemail...I'll try again in a bit, I guess. I'll happily make the drive to see the screening, but I don't want to sit in an hour of rush hour traffic only to find out the movie isn't playing.
...Austin...

Well for those who make it to the movie have fun.
Funny thing just happened, Triple M radio just called me cos I voted for Foxy Lady in their Top 100 rock songs thing online. The presenter wanted to record me introducing the song LMAO I'm surrounded by colleagues and I'm saying "this is Jimi Hendrix and Foxy Lady. Hmmmmmmm!" it was hilarious. For Chickenfoot in Australia say "aye"!
