i second Don's post...i remember snowy Thanksgivings....im still using my AC..lol...and women arent as neat as they try to appear...lol...when i try on clothes in a store i always fold and put back...if i could just do that at home..lol
The Steve Vai Joke.....actually i dont get it...but nice to imagine how Joe and Steve would share the writing duties....i dont think steve could simplify like Joe Did where the music doesnt sound guitar dominant but also the song writing by Joe in Chickenfoot has a timeless sound to it as does the whole band...its classic rock no matter how you define it...
and you may find this comment strange but after listening to the Beatles anthology and all the blues oriented songs in their collection..i find similarities to the Satriani Collection.

Are any LA-area T2Jers going to the Chickenfoot screening tomorrow night? It'd be nice to meet up, if so...
roffler - Joe mentioned it in an interview someone posted here a week or so ago. I believe he said the shows would be in March.
I looked around on the Experience Hendrix site back then and didn't see any info, but I imagine dates will be announced fairly soon. Since it's a spring tour I'm expecting theaters instead of the big outdoor venues the tour played at in late 2008, but I don't know for sure.

bluebuffalo - This probably isn't quite what you're looking for, but one date that jumps out at me is the Experience Hendrix show on 2/26/04 at the Warfield in SF. Buddy Guy and Joe were both on the bill, but I don't know if they were on the stage at the same time. I do have a bootleg of the show...I'm sure I'd be able to tell if I listened to it again.
Speaking of Experience Hendrix, I found two dates for the upcoming tour:
3/12/10 - Silver Legacy Casino, Reno, NV
3/23/10 - Akron Civic Theatre, Akron, OH
The lineup changes a bit from show to show across the tour, but Joe is listed for both of these. Sales for these two start this week.

Thanks Austin. I actually went to the Hendrix Experience show here in Portland about 3 or 4 years ago. Paul Rodgers was the vocalist and a bunch of guitarists + Buddy Guy.
