Peace Lily - THANKS FOR THE LINKY so there's still hope yet!! I am wondering if they are thinking of playing the summer festivals i.e. The Big Day Out (24hr thing at a racetrack) or Summerdaze (ditto) which are in January. Lord I hope they're coming!!

Cheesey - well done on spotting the difference in the "new song" I though it was Joe but noted it was like Leave Your Hat On too...

Hope the amp returns to life soon for Chrispy.

Happy Hump Day peeps!

wolfie, can you explain for once and for all why exactly you chose T2J, amongst all others, as your forum of choice?

Like the "stream of conciousness" approach?

wolfie 1 actually signed up?

Italian stallionism?

or

just our good fortune

Peace Lily - looks like it my friend, I am leaping to the conclusion that the Nov 19th thing is a competition or something about the Dec 1 movie release.

The good thing about the timezone difference is that 12:00am there is around 7:00pm here so I can log on to the Chickenfoot site 7pm Friday nigth and see what it is :0)

Iv'e been playing for 35 + years, and have studied hard for 10. have heard ever one from chet to malm and every thing in between.Mr. Satriani from the very first time I heard you play, I thought thats impossible, no one can play like that.NO its not the speed not the wammy or the crazy feed back tones you create. Its the soul of the melody in the lines that you play. Some times its a week or longer, befor I pick up my ax again after listening to oh I dont know, anything youve ever played.I play, and its from a players ear that I listen, not a groupies. (no disrespect) Maybe its because I'm full blooded neopolitan or some thing, but youre stuff freekin kills me.My son who's seven, some times asks my wife whats wrong with daddy, why is he crying? To which she replies, daddys ok hes just listening to Joe.Just wanted to tell you, youre the best there is, no contest ,game over ,end of story.
