Dear Joe,
Is it possible that you give me guitar lessons, seeing that you are a guitar idol to me, and that you taught Steve Vai.

Turbo236-yeah, you got that right...i was so disgusted i was ready to give up...and take a vacation..lol...but i got a really good deal...and by all reactions to it...its clearly a winner. Though next KOTB..i will probably go strat...i think using the JS's were a downfall to the competition..sorry Joe..:)
Scuba- TY..is was..and still is a Happy Day over hear looking at that baby sparkling this morning...she played and sounded so awesome last night. Regretfully Ibanez leaves all customer service up to the dealers over here..but i learned a valuable lesson..if you buy over the internet make sure the guitar was tested or demand they open it up and run it through the cycles..:)..i send my bad video to the dealer just to be sure. The guitar is so perfect i cant find a single flaw.
Distorted Soul - yeah that single coil stratlike js was really cool...i dont think they have any intention to produce them...pretty extreme for a JS...was that your idea Joe?..of course it was!
SkippyG- Thanks..ill have a video of her in action real soon!
I think it should have been called the JS2400WHow..hehe

I have just recently logged on and have tried the chat room several times....why isn't anyone ever in there? Doesn't anyone have anything to say about Joe? He is the Master, and I'll just have to suppose that no one can deny it.

Looks liek you two kiddos have more in common, you should celebrate your birthdays together
and yeah no one really uses the chat much anymore, its dangerously outdated, other websites expecially facebook.com have such an impact on .com websites like this one, theres not as much of a buzz around as there used to be :(

HI everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has some tips on how I can write my essay about Joe?? There is so much about him i am reading about. I have all the simple biograpy like his birthday, wife, and childs name, I also have a year by year album release. I am sooooo stressed out!! There is so much stuff I need to do for this!!! I am even adding the pedals he designed, including the Satchurator, Time Machine, Big Bad Wah, Ice 9, and Satchmois!! I have my Ipod playing his songs for insperation. I hope Joe has something to say.... it would really help!!! Anyways I will keep at this for a while and try to make it better and better!!

Hey Everyone!
Hope everyone is well. Work & running keeps me busy. I also had a dentist appointment earlier today. Perfect teeth, no cavities! I have a busy Saturday. I'm staying with my folks tonight into Saturday morning because our local festival in Harlan is happening. I'm running in the 10K race Saturday morning, which is also a points race for the FWTC. Wish me luck.
Afterwards, I'm meeting up with family/friends (on my Dad's side) for a children's auction/sale so it will be great to see them again. Once tha is done, I'm heading back home to Fort Wayne and I'm going to a book signing. Tony Dungy, former Indianapolis Colts Coach, is going to be there promoting his new book and I'm going to get it signed by him, which is awesome. After that, I'm meeting up with a friend and going to a jam session with him (his band practice), and chill out with him after that.
Axeshredderjc: Congrats on the JS2400. Rock on! \m/
Distorted Soul: Hey man! How are you doing my Indy Native? Hope you're doing well.
Oxley11: I WANT TO BE PART OF THE SHOUT OUTS. Do you have any more summaries/stories with Joe's songs in them? Just curious.
Later peeps, Saturday is around the corner.
Grant

Just came across this cover of an already great song, if you know the lyrics the video is especially haunting.
The second stanza always sends chills up my spine.
Willie Nelson - Grave Digger
I'm sure a lot of you have already seen this clip...just love it, Dave Matthews is a great artist.
I personally am not partial to Ole Willie, but this one really gets me.

scubz, think of it this way..
Promise yerself that half (or all) the money you spend on smokes a day, you'll put in the bank.. Just say... $5.00 a day if you smoke a pack a day. That would be almost $1,000.00 in about 6 months! No idea what yer smokes cost, and I don't even know what a pack of name brand smokes cost here. Somewhere in the $6.00 range I think? It's insane how much money you'll save...and how much more beer you can buy ;-)
I smoked a pack a day when I was a kid for 8 years. By the time I quit I felt like I had an elephant sitting on my chest. I promised myself I'd buy a new leather jacket with the money I saved, and I did. It was the best feeling too! So glad I quit when I did. My one sis has been smoking for about 35 years. You can hear the death rattle in her lungs every time she laughs... she's 48.

For my fellow Canadians and hockey players:
A little known fact....The first testicular guard, the "Cup", was used in Hockey in 1874 and the first helmet was used in 1974.
That means it only took 100 years for men to realize that their brain is also important.

RE: Quitting smoking.
The ideal way to quitting cigarette's(or any other habit) is not just the desire to want to give up,but to be ready to give up.
To that end,you not only have to have strong will power but you have to convince your body that it doesn't need the addiction, because it is both a psychological and physical addiction.
HOW you do that is down to your own personal attitude and lifestyle.
And,yes,I speak from experience.
I used to smoke three packs of fifties a day!!!!

@ Glitz Man-I can probably make one more. But I'm running out of the more natural word titles. Searching, which I've used already, is used in a regular sentence. Opposed to the other titles that just stick out like a sore thumb and are easy to find. What's the last time you used Trundrumbalind or The Souls Of Distortion in a regular sentence? lol I mean, really? But if I brainstorm a little, I can think of a mysterious topic that is worth expanding on. Or as I did last time, a quandary.
I was watching Malcolm In The Middle before. Funny Stuff. And I noticed, Francis looks almost exactly like Sting. And a little like Neil Patrick Harris. I was watching the episode where he was building the Lego utopia. lol
