Hey Joe!!!!!
Have you ever considered doing a cover of or playing this song at one of your concerts.
[link url="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGz2QbIBRBA"]Siberian Sleigh Ride- Trans-Siberian Orchestra[\link]
It's a great song and I'm a fan of TSO's work. And this reminds a little of Summer Song. Except it's in Winter. lol

Hi Joe,
Big fan, I play (on guitar) (or try and play quite a bit of your stuff), "Satch Boogie", "Crowd Chant", "Super Collosal" and was wondering how you get that perfect sustain on those harmonics (i.e. on Satch Boogie)...also, I own a "Crystal Planet" and "Chromeboy" and was wondering if I could ever get you to sign them????
Thanks a bunch,
Brian

bad nomad, i don't think that joe plays "my guitar..." vai does that one. sorry.
maha. i have seen john and he is very very good. mahavisnu was way out there. when he and santana were doing the "dividip" thing he was alittle more accessible and with al demeola he was on it straight up. the guy can certainly play but not every1 likes his style. enjoy.

Eric Johnson's new album, Up Close, is in stores today.
You can hear samples of everything at http://www.ericjohnson.com/.
You can listen to the track Austin, featuring Jonny Lang on vocals, in full at Soundcloud. Other guests on the album include Steve Miller and Jimmie Vaughan.
I saw EJ in Redondo Beach nearly two years ago (January 2009), and at that show he said the album was almost done. It's nice to know it's finally been finished. ;-)

thanks for the prayers guys.. she has been in the hospital for hours now, they wont allow anyone in the room. I havent been able to talk to her. I have no idea whats going on and its so nerve wrecking.
update-
Just heard back, she will be in the hospital for the next 4 days, she has a deadly kidney infection that needs treatments right away. If she throws up even once they have to do more test and treatments and all kinds of stuff. HOWEVER, due to her having state insurance... they will only take her tomorrow for a couple hours and so on and so fourth for the next few days as well... and yet its a DEADLY INFECTION?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME
The ONLY time I have EVER gotten the services needed from doctors is when i DIDNT have medicaid and things were coming out of pocket when I had a surgery and thats because it was all paid for its so ridiculous
I really pray everthing works out ok though. She has 3 beautiful daughters that need their mother, They are my goddaughters and love me to death, but a mother is irreplaceable.

Congrats to InfoDav for the Montréal win. Kinda makes me a little bit sad that a win can go to a member who's NEVER posted. Ever. I was really hoping for the win this time, I get passed over every single time. Having kids means I'll never be able to afford to just cough up the moola for the aftershow and/or meet'n'greet.
sniffles,
