McDave- Best of luck to you . That sounds like a task that people would be willing to pay for and especially in Northern Minn.'s cold climate.

Speaking of cold it only warmed up to 17 degree's F today. We usually don't have it this cold so early in the year, but here it is and I guess it is not warming up for a while.

Don- I second what you said about Joe and Mike and Chad jamming ....I could have watched that for hrs too . They just seem so tuned to what each other are doing, unfortunately my internet connection had other ideas and so I only saw a bit. It would be cool if they archived it on the site or showed it again.

Michelle - I hope you are enjoying your days off, this year when I am shopping I think of you and Don in retail hell and you both have my sympathy's. It's crazy out there!.... lol.....

Glitzman- Do you ever have time to rest , with all the jobs and running? You must be a high energy person........

I am enjoying my new cd, The Electric Joe Satriani, a couple of the songs on there I hadn't even heard before. Borg sex for instance .........wow. I was playing the cd in my car today and my son was really enjoying the music. He used to think music had to have lyrics but he is realizing that Joe's songs tell there own story .... I haven't got my "LIve" DVD yet , so I enjoyed seeing that "Lords of Karma" clip.... had not seen that one before either....good stuff.

Blue Buffalo- Still keeping your family in my prayers, hoping every day brings progress for your your wife and peace and comfort to all of you..

Nah Mc, that show was at the Grove in Anaheim, nice venue. We stood outside in line from 11 am onwards, LOL!! good times man!!

Speaking of cold, today outside I don't think it got over....11 degrees or so. It was 6 degrees when I went into work...I really gotta get me some decent gloves!!

Peace Lily, enjoy yer new Joe-stuff...btw, that video of Lords of Karma was done as a webcast, Joe didn't do an official release of that tour, DAMNIT!!! But the webcast was majorly cool, my son and I were there, Austin too, and Patricia from England....we can see ourselves on the webcast. That was the best tour of all the tours we've seen Joe do, almost 3 hours per show of solo-Joe....tons of work for him but sheer bliss fer the fans :) We saw 6 shows on that tour...yes...Joe-crazy, lol!! If you liked Borg Sex, do you have the Live in San Francisco dvd yet? If not, get that next!!!

Gad dang I'm cold....time to go crawl under the warm blanket...nats everyone :)

Blue Moon - I handed that one over on a plate lol LOK is a classic, that anaheim version particularly cool. Do you think you could make that your next youtube project on the lady in red?

Cheese101 - I have a feeling I've shared it here before (how did you miss it).... and I'm impressed as that must be at least 12 hours so far and you haven't pushed it out from your DM. Good going : )

I'll look for the pantenne update version over the Christmas break... it's so classic, it's on 35mm film

Watching that Lords of Karma vid makes me miss the dimpled one. lol! Joe's band is always fun to watch, but that was a good bunch of guys! Joe just effin kills it on that song too!

Jayzus, Joseph, and Mary-Loo Hoo!!! Now that's what I'm talkin' about! I love that guy!! lol!

Pip, my head is still like a balloon, it's just 5lbs heavier. lol! My hubs has a nasty cold, and I'm trying hard not to get it. I think I'm 3 pages behind, which I'm catching up to now, but I'm pretty much out of the loop. I missed the webcast and all the good stuff this week.

Don, we have the same thing. Our fitting rooms sometimes seem to have more merch in them than the racks in the store. lol! I say F it. We can only do what we can do. With people having days off, and the short staff we have, what are we supposed to do? My favorite thing is when the girls stand there and list all the things they have to do and waste 20 minutes talking about it instead of DOING it. We have 2 that do that constantly. I had one of those girls tell me to calm down the other day. We were in a frenzy trying to get 2 sale tents filled before 9 a.m. The place was tore up from the day before, and had huge empty spots in it - and WE had to fill it. She was moving like molasses in the winter, and she just couldn't get her head around the job at hand. She was going to undo what we had just did. She was pretty much totally useless to the team, and she needed to just go away. lol! The dept head saw what was going on, came over, and told her to go do something else. lol! Nothing like working up a sweat before the store even opens. LOL! Did I mention I have a few days off this week. Thank you Jesus!!!!!

Glitz, my mom & pop are holding steady. I have to call her today to check in on them. We're going to get a nasty storm, so I want to make sure they're aware it's coming and they're prepared. Happy holidays to you too!

Peas Lily, lol! It really is retail hell. lol! I think a lot of people have the attitude that we get paid to pick up after their bad behavior. I got so pissed the other day when I saw a woman pick up a slip, look at it, then throw it over the rack. It had a hanger on it ffs! Wy not just REHANG it! It took more energy for her to throw it than it would of just to put it back the way she got it. I just can't wrap my head around stuff like that. I often wonder what these people's homes look like. Do they do the same thing there? Anyways, thanks for thinking of us. lol! I do like my job because it's warehouse & store, but sometimes I spend my days asking "Lawd, gimme strenff!" lol!

Let's dance!

I love when it bumps into PC pt II at 2:10 :-)

Blue Moon - agreed, the legato looks insanely mental.

But I'm sure you can pull it off (and hammer on, and pull off...)...you're up to the task! Don't make me have a shot at it, I might break somethin!
