I guess this is not really a good way to contact you either. Or maybe what I need to tell you is not that important to you again? Anyway, I emailed another artist related to an endorsement. He may or may not have known that you endorsed them as well. But I wanted to let you know about it. There is more, but I realize that this too is not a way to provide to you a personal message. I tried. I do hope you understand this message Joe. And that you contact the original artist if you haven't done so, already. He is a great guy. I have helped many artists through the years in many ways. Just ask Chris. I helped his wife in 2004, as well. He did not know that until I told him, I fixed him "twice". I am a musician. And I also have other gifts at times that simply amaze people. You are a master of guitar. And so is Eddie Van Halen. But Eddie and his wife J were kind and considerate to me, like Chris. And that to me is priceless. I get creatively blocked at times. I have not played my guitar or piano since August. I have lost my desire again.

HI everyone, I wanted to Thank All Of You for your kind words, prayers and good vibes.

Thank you as well Joe, I imagine your a busy man and to take the time and offer your support means more than I can put into words.

I will print the posts for the last few days for Shannon to read later today. To answer the common question, the Dr.'s can't promise anything, the brain is too complex an organ. The common diagnosis is that as the swelling in her brain goes down memories should hopefully start to return, and that it could be a matter of days, weeks, or months. They just give a definite time table.

Thanks again Joe, and everyone for well wishes to us. I hold on tightly to your wishes for support, and can only offer patience, understanding and hope for my wife. Love Freddy BlueBuffalo

Happy Pearl Harbor Day to all you U.S. T2Jers. I can't believe it has been 68 years already.

Joe: Great to hear from you. It was nice of you to post to bluebuffalo. Hope you guys will be able to perform down under in Australia soon. I hope you and everyone have a safe and wonderful Holiday Season. You're a great person/friend to all.

We had our first snow here (less than an inch). As a result, the snow and cold temperatures made the roads slick and have black ice. There was quite a number of accidents & slide-offs. I got to work safely before all that happened, and took my time to get home. More snow is on the way.

Bluebuffalo: Hope things are going well for Shannon, the family, and you. Prayers to you all, especially this Holiday Season.

Skippygirl: G'Day Matey! I might be able to do that long run. It depends on my work schedules at the hotel(s) & guitar shop. Let's hope Joe & The Gang comes down under to perform for all you Aussies. AYE!

Burly: Glad to hear you're daughter is doing well. She must be doing much better every single day. My Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, and folks will be finishing up with their farming soon. They also work/help out at one of our seed plants.

Michelle: That is some dream (LOL). How's Mom and the family doing? Hope you all have a wonderful Holiday Season.

Cheese101: Hey Tracie! How's Dad and the family doing? Hope you, Chris, and the family also have a wonderful Holiday Season.

Pip55: Good day to you. How's it going?

Do The Stu: What's up! I want to say thank you for your review on the Chickenfoot Movie (the parts that I left out). I do appreciate it.

Don1963: Thank you as well for your input on the Chickenfoot Movie. Still a little surprised that the Patriots lost. However, they can still make it into the playoffs or wildcard.

McDave: We had our first snow here and it caused some problems here for the travelers. Sorry about Favre and the Vikings. They can still be in the playoffs. How's the family & the weather there?

Elpp: What's up Jose!? Cool pics on the snow there. You still running?

Speaking of running, I got to get around for running group. Chat with you all later.

GlitzMan....no need to apologize. Like I said I'm not a huge football fan. Was just impressed with Arizona actually. The family is great and the weather is very cold (10 F) and we're expecting about 6 inches of snow by wednesday.

Are you anywhere near Indianapolis? I may be attending a class there in the spring.

McDave:

I live about one to one-and-a-half hours away from Indianapolis. I live in Fort Wayne (2nd largest city) and I like it here. I've lived here for a little more than three years now and counting. BTW, what kind of class will you be taking? Is it a college/school course? Maybe we could meet up sometime.

I'll be in Indianapolis again in May for the Indy-Mini, which is one of the largest running races in the U.S./world. About 35,000 participate in this Half-Marathon or 5K Run and this event fills up really quick because it's a very popular run.

The weather here (right now) has highs in the 30's and lows in the teens (10s) and 20s. It will probably be this way for the next few weeks (even colder). Even with this kind of weather, I still go out & run, sometimes with my running group. I just did five miles earlier today. There is a couple of runs coming up that I might do, but I'm not sure if I'll do any of them due to work. I mentioned this on earlier posts and having all of you to help me decide if I should do it or not.

By the way, since you're not into (American) football, what sports do you prefer? I like them all.

Glitzy - thanks for the Aussie Chickenfoot push, much appreciated. Good luck with the big race if you decide to do it. How do you run when it's so cold?????

Merry Xmas to you and your family, hope you don't have to work but since you work at a hotel maybe you do...

Nice one Joe. Guess you've clocked off for the year now.

Skippygirl:

I just saw your post. Happy Holidays to you, Mr. Skippy, and to your families.

How do I run in the cold? I just had a lot of training & conditioning in this kind of weather. I try to run more in cold weather. Just did five miles earlier today. The runs I might do are on the 13th (a 5K) and the 19th (The Huff). I am thinking about doing them, but of course, there are Christmas parties and Holiday Buffets/Brunches that are coming up and I know I'm probably needed. However, I do have my vacation pay and a couple PTO days to use so why not. I earned that extra time off and I can use it whenever I want.

You're welcome on the Chickenfoot push. I guess we can only hope that they will be performing down under soon. If they do come, then you and your husband will get your big breaks to see them.

GlitzMan.....It's a 6 day class on chimney safety, cleaning & repair. Chimney Safety Institute of America. It occured to me that there is no one in my area (locally) who does this type of work specifically. And it's not something that most people are willing to do themselves. The course is around $1300 and that does'nt include getting to Indianapolis and the cost of the hotel. If I have to drive there I'll sleep in my car. I gotta do something....I'm tired of this economic slump BS....I have a family to house and feed.

OMG Mc, I love that vid...WE WERE SO THERE!!!

Brings back great memories, the EWJ tour, best setlist EVER!

Awww, I miss Joe and the guys, lol!!

If Joe ever does another EWJ tour, ever....you HAFTA come over so we can hit 3 or 4 shows together...bring pip, bring skippy, roo, chelle, jj, and the rest of the gang, whoever wants to come. Those shows were the BEST!

Hi Glitz, Merry Christmas back atcha...family is doing pretty well, dad too, thanks for asking. He's pretty much back to "normal", whatever normal is for an 87 year old man :) I took my mom with me over to Grants Pass and back on Sunday to see Chris, we were gone 7 hours and during that time he took himself to church and out to lunch, then home for a nice quiet nap :) We are blessed he's still with us!! And are all looking forward to Christmas together!

He still cries at the drop of a hat...in fact, sometimes all it takes is for him and I to look at each other and the tears start to fall...we're both such big saps, lol!! But they are happy and greatful tears, not sad ones.

Ohhhhhhhhh PIP....I think that photo bears sharing, don't u? Hmmmm? :D

McDave- Best of luck to you . That sounds like a task that people would be willing to pay for and especially in Northern Minn.'s cold climate.

Speaking of cold it only warmed up to 17 degree's F today. We usually don't have it this cold so early in the year, but here it is and I guess it is not warming up for a while.

Don- I second what you said about Joe and Mike and Chad jamming ....I could have watched that for hrs too . They just seem so tuned to what each other are doing, unfortunately my internet connection had other ideas and so I only saw a bit. It would be cool if they archived it on the site or showed it again.

Michelle - I hope you are enjoying your days off, this year when I am shopping I think of you and Don in retail hell and you both have my sympathy's. It's crazy out there!.... lol.....

Glitzman- Do you ever have time to rest , with all the jobs and running? You must be a high energy person........

I am enjoying my new cd, The Electric Joe Satriani, a couple of the songs on there I hadn't even heard before. Borg sex for instance .........wow. I was playing the cd in my car today and my son was really enjoying the music. He used to think music had to have lyrics but he is realizing that Joe's songs tell there own story .... I haven't got my "LIve" DVD yet , so I enjoyed seeing that "Lords of Karma" clip.... had not seen that one before either....good stuff.

Blue Buffalo- Still keeping your family in my prayers, hoping every day brings progress for your your wife and peace and comfort to all of you..
