I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Eric, the 11 year old next door, whose bedroom looks like Mission Control and asked him to come over. Eric clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.
>As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong?
He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'
I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'
Eric grinned.... 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?
'No,' I replied. 'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure
it out.'
So I wrote down:
ID10T
I used to like Eric, the little *******

roo....actually it was the record company (and many music stores who would'nt sell it) that did'nt like the cover. Ask me anything about Jimi...lol.
Grant...Mrs. Doubtfire is a classic. Uncle Frank & Aunt Jack? Hilarious...
edit: roo....I may have to look into who it was exactly that complained about the cover. I may be wr.. wr..wr.. I can't say it..

News just in - there's a parcel waiting for me. Since I'm not expecting anything else I'm assuming it's Live in Paris wahoo
.... although, the fact that it actually arrived on Friday (thanks for letting me know!) makes me doubt it
Joe Satriani - how was the benefit gig at Slims?

Roo: Andrew, I am interested. The question is: How much? I check how much any item costs whenever I go shopping (stores/online), to the grocery/farmer's market, etc. About 90% of the time, I maintain/stay within my budget(s).
McDave: Dave, never seen that Uncle Jack movie. However, I am looking forward for the next Survivor and The Amazing Race.
Skippygirl: Thanks and I'll let you know how my runs go. Sorry, no runs outside the U.S. yet. Someday, I'll be traveling to do marathon runs or some sort. I know your anxious on my running. Speaking of running, I have to look for some new knee braces soon; I've had my old ones sewn up a number of times. Guess it's time for new ones.
GG2: How was the concert/benefit?
Joe: Hope everything went well at the benefit/concert. Looking forward for the Live In Paris and any upcoming music you're putting together.

Slims was great last night! I was with my Steve and my older sister who lives in San Fran. We were first in line with our tickets and got to meet Joe, Jeff and Jeff's wife, Christie! They just walked out the front door and talked with the three of us. At first I didn't see Jeff 'cause he was wearing a hat and wasn't facing us. It was funny because I asked about him.....He said something about recognizing his "good side".....He's a funny guy. We mostly talked with Joe and enjoyed the moment.......and of course hand shakes and hugs! What a great time!!
Hi! I'm Steve, Milli's hubbie. Was a great concert, albeit the quality of the music seemed to reach it's ultimate when Joe came on stage (could have listened to him the entire 4+ hrs). It was really kickback - meeting the performers and spouses.
I managed to take some pics - the first experience with my new camera. Edited down to eight and sent them to Milli's FB page and will attempt to post them to this forum as well.

Grant... Frank was Robin Williams' (very gay) brother in the movie Mrs.Doubtfire. Jack was his live-in boyfriend. When the kids asked him who made him up like a woman, he said "Uncle Frank and Aunt Jack"...lol
Only 5 days into our high speed internet, we get a virus. Fortunately we have great anti-virus software.
Damn you, you sneaky little pocket organizered, highly intelligent nerds, who have to pay for sex, putting viruses on the web just for fun. I'm gonna kick your ass the next time I see one of you.
That's what we get for laughing at them in grammar school.
