Austin...have you heard the album "Raising Sand" Robert put out with Alison Krauss ? Pretty good I thought. And did'nt they win an award for that one?
I agree that a Zep reunion would be a dream come true. That is a show that I would definately empty the wallet for. But I think Robert is well aware that he can't sing like he used to.

Peas Lily, I dig that vid. Love to see when Jeff gets to get his groove on behind the kit. Also...love the pants! lol!
Jamie, nice vid.
Al, I didn't know the girl in the movie The Lovely Bones was Irish. She was on G. Lopez last night. She has a nice presence about her. Confident, cute, not full of herself, and...Irish. lol! George had no idea how to pronounce her name Saoirse, so he wrote Scortcher on the envelope he gave her. lol! How the hell do you get "Ser-shah" out of Saoirse?? Feckin' Irish! lol! That's a language I'll never learn. Gibberish I tells ya! Imagine trying to take roll call in a classroom. lol! I'd have nic-names for everyone! Ginger, Patches, Red, Ginger, Whitey, Ginger...
Think I'll put on Satriani Live or something Joe. All this Haiti news is breaking my heart t bits. So much devastation and loss.

==============GREETINGS JOE!!!!==================
Just wanted to make this stand out. This is Brian Lucore from Minneapolis, MN; remember I gave you that close-up steel-framed photo of us in Chicago. I hope you didn't throw it out, LOL!! It contained the 2-page letter, so I don't want to take much of your time right now, plus I'm exhausted from my overnight schedule. It took me forever to write to you again, sorry.
I'm getting a little better with the axe now. Originally just wanted to have fun with it, but it's too much fun!! Where the hell do I go from here? I am able to play some of your harder songs up to speed for Chrissakes!! Yes, in one of your videos you basically just say to go and play anywhere I can, but it's not that easy for me. I'm not a real social guy, but guitar is fun as hell.
Also had the question of getting together with you sometime, but I don't know how we would do that, do you? Gotta run, talk to you soon!!

Gotta get some Sigur Ros. Joe and the board are acclaiming them
How could Haiti be rebuilt if it was never built before ? It's a shame the poverty people lived before the earthquake, and a f. tragedy what they're gonna live now.
Hi Satriella,
Nice to review Joe talking about the JS.
Greetings from BCN. How's life ?
Joe Bonamassa is my #2 Joe. Pure blues feeling. Though it's been posted before, look at him at his 12's
McKenna, thumb up

does anyone know where you can get the studio version backing track for cool #9. i've tried searching everywhere for it but the only one i could find is the one that keeps on repeating the start of the song over and over again.

I have a funny image in my head now, of Joe wearing the SBM pants, his red leather jacket from that old DiMarzio poster (this photo) and his space-age tennis shoes from LISF (you can see them here in a photo taken by our webmaster the previous night).
What Satch hair would go best with this? Any suggestions? Maybe the 'do from the video michelle just posted?
McDave - Yeah, Raising Sand won Album of the Year at last year's Grammy Awards. I'll probably end up buying it at some point, but at the moment I'm still annoyed at how Robert comes off like he used the Led Zep reunion to promote that project. Maybe he didn't intend that, but it's how it came across (to me, anyway).
I know his voice isn't what it used to be and he likes singing different types of music now. But he sounded more than fine at the reunion gig. I never expected a full tour, but another show or two in the US would have been nice, so more people would have a chance to see the band. Oh well.
...Austin...
