==============GREETINGS JOE!!!!==================
Just wanted to make this stand out. This is Brian Lucore from Minneapolis, MN; remember I gave you that close-up steel-framed photo of us in Chicago. I hope you didn't throw it out, LOL!! It contained the 2-page letter, so I don't want to take much of your time right now, plus I'm exhausted from my overnight schedule. It took me forever to write to you again, sorry.
I'm getting a little better with the axe now. Originally just wanted to have fun with it, but it's too much fun!! Where the hell do I go from here? I am able to play some of your harder songs up to speed for Chrissakes!! Yes, in one of your videos you basically just say to go and play anywhere I can, but it's not that easy for me. I'm not a real social guy, but guitar is fun as hell.
Also had the question of getting together with you sometime, but I don't know how we would do that, do you? Gotta run, talk to you soon!!

Gotta get some Sigur Ros. Joe and the board are acclaiming them
How could Haiti be rebuilt if it was never built before ? It's a shame the poverty people lived before the earthquake, and a f. tragedy what they're gonna live now.
Hi Satriella,
Nice to review Joe talking about the JS.
Greetings from BCN. How's life ?
Joe Bonamassa is my #2 Joe. Pure blues feeling. Though it's been posted before, look at him at his 12's
McKenna, thumb up

does anyone know where you can get the studio version backing track for cool #9. i've tried searching everywhere for it but the only one i could find is the one that keeps on repeating the start of the song over and over again.

I have a funny image in my head now, of Joe wearing the SBM pants, his red leather jacket from that old DiMarzio poster (this photo) and his space-age tennis shoes from LISF (you can see them here in a photo taken by our webmaster the previous night).
What Satch hair would go best with this? Any suggestions? Maybe the 'do from the video michelle just posted?
McDave - Yeah, Raising Sand won Album of the Year at last year's Grammy Awards. I'll probably end up buying it at some point, but at the moment I'm still annoyed at how Robert comes off like he used the Led Zep reunion to promote that project. Maybe he didn't intend that, but it's how it came across (to me, anyway).
I know his voice isn't what it used to be and he likes singing different types of music now. But he sounded more than fine at the reunion gig. I never expected a full tour, but another show or two in the US would have been nice, so more people would have a chance to see the band. Oh well.

Do The Stu - Yes, I too was pissed at Robert Plant when he went on the Raising Sands tour. We did see that show and it was OK but I would have rather seen LZ any day of the week. Maybe Page should start looking on YouTube?

Joe - Oooh, that sounds like a good gig. I'm not sure I'll be able to make the drive up for it, but we'll see.
scubadaz - Haha...it's all in fun. It's entertaining to combine different eras in my head, is all...

What a great gift to a friend Joe! My stepdad didn't have insurance when he was diagnosed with colon/rectal cancer either. What a friggin mess that was! They finally got him some sort of medicaid insurance, but he had stage 4 cancer by then because he couldn't afford all the dr visits & testing. He's doing well now - almost 2 years out I think? It's a mad world!
I hope all you T2J'ers who can get there will go!

Al, that afro has gone gray in one years time.
Just got done watching Satriani Live and all the extra bits on DVD #1. I do miss solo Joe, but that's why we have it on film :-) I think that version of AWM,AWY is the best ever! It's so emotional and uplifting and full of hope - like no matter what cards yer dealt you'll be okay. It's almost hard to describe really. Anyways, the cartoon Super Colossal vid should be shown in IMAX theaters worldwide before every movie. Concert level Mabel clutch yer pearls loud too!
Wait...what was that line? Jostle yer fossil - It's Super Colossal!!
Great way to spend a Friday night.

Peace Lily - You are not the first one to notice those pants. I've wanted a pair of those pants for like two years since I first saw them (prolifically) during the Strange Beautiful Music tour photos and media. I so totally wanted a pair I went searching online to find them...never found a single lead...
Joe - Where did you get those pants? Please leave just a ten word sentence if nothing else? (ha ha)
I really only wanted them to bug my friends cuz they all hated them...so I wanted to show up at a party wearing them and mess with everybody...but some genius pranks must wait I guess.
