Dazzler - Funnily enough I have tried the yard of ale a few times. It took seven attempts before I managed to do it. You may or may not know there is also a half yard version which I found about after my fifth attempt. After numerous attempts at that I found the knack (actually I was told) and it only took me two more goes at the full yard before I did it. In those days I drank STUPID amounts of beer, how I lived through it I don't know. There was also a pub in Hull (where I did most of my early college stuff) that had a four pint glass that said 'I bet you can't ' on it. It cost a few bob but I eventually downed it in one (free if you managed it and kept it down). When you are young it may seem good to be able to drink loads and not fall over, these days it's just too fecking expensive. Years ago there was a thing called the Tetley pub hunt, During the promotion you had to visit 20 Tetley pubs, have a pint and get it stamped on a card, and after the 20th you got a free pint and a T shirt. Twice I did it in a day, seemed good at the time but stupid really. I still love good beer but try to be moderate.

OMG Peace Lily, those shows were SO fantastic!! Joe opened with that song and it started the show off with a BANG!! It was soooo exciting!! Just watching that gives me goosebumps, LOL!!
Right near the end when they show the crowd, I can see my son Chris, a lil of myself, Austin and Patricia who had flown in all the way from England for the Anaheim and Ventura shows. She's been to like, I dunno what the count is now but must be at least 60 Joe-shows, LOL! And is a big Dream Theater fan as well.
GOOD TIMES MAN!!! Austin got to interview Joe that day, we had aftershow passes, stood in line from 1 pm onwards out in the California gorgeous weather...Jon Luini wandered out at one point to take pics of the crowd....and it was an Evening With Joe show, so almost 3 hours of music...
PURE MAGIC I TELLS YA!! I wish you coulda seen it too!!
Maybe Joe will bring that song back out one day again :) The set list for those EWJ shows were the BEST!!!

I can't wait to see it
Think I'll order the CD too, it sounds huge! Me like.
And looks like none of the video fx we saw earlier,
but some very cool camera angles in that teaser.
