Check this out. Give each song a listen. This guy grew up near here and got a record deal back in 79. Anyway some heavy hitters played on this album The group was called the Wilson Brothers Band and the name of the album escapes me. From what I hear it is hard to find. This link is a collection that Kelly Wilson recorded himself. I recently met him for just a few minutes but I can remember watching them play a local gig with Jimi Jamison's band "Target" opened for them. Jimi of Survivor fame. After I sat back down and gave these songs a listen they are not too bad.

Joes just sitting in with the band (from his chat conversation)...there may not be a song played....but i sure hope he does....theyve had others sit in that dont perform full songs....just commercial breaks

Anyways...got me mum on my mind. She's not doing to good. Had to have her heart shocked because she was in A-Fib, and now it's beating to slow. Her pulse was 44 when she was at the doctor's today. She's on harsh meds for that, and an antibiotic for whatever's been hanging in her chest making her so congested. It's a clusterfuck. Prayers & good vibes for me mum Vivian would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just put the yardstick in the snow on the deck. It's snowing about an inch an hour. We're almost up to 4 inches. It's supposed to snow until 7:00 p.m. tomorrow. Let's see a show of hands of who would go to work tomorrow. lol!

Had a busy day. Worked at the guitar store in the morning; sold an Oscar Schmidt acoustic guitar (by Washburn), along with Dunlop accessories (guitar picks & capos), a tuner, and two guitar stands. :) After working there, I had work at the hotel/restaurant. Not many customers (due to the snow/bad weather). Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be better. I'm totally booked with work throughout next week, whether its one or both (two) jobs; including my running group. Geez, since I run & drive over so much, maybe I should do The Amazing Race. LOL.

Watching the new LIP dvd for the 4th or 5th time. I've had it playing in the background some of the other times.

Joe I really do enjoy/love your extended touch to AWMAWY.

I know that it's on the previous live dvd as well. The first time I heard it and saw you do the extended version was during the Super Colossal tour. That's the last time you toured Portland (hint hint).

I called off and the guys says "You get a free one today." They just closed for the day. We start work at 7:00. They posted the closing at 6:55. Unf**cking believable! Wonder how many people spent an hour digging out their vehicle and driving in there only to have to turn around and drive back? Homey don't play dat.

Oh, now the news is saying my little strip on the map is good for 12" to 20". Yikes!
