Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy V-Day Skippypoo, Peace Flower (Lily), Tracie, Michelle, and to all the ladies.

Well, today's my first run/race (a 5K). Starts later this afternoon & afterwards, off to work.

Last night was a little hectic at work (so many reservations & walk-ins), but my staff/coworkers & I pulled through. Bet some of them went for a drink afterwards. Two days down and one more to go.

Dave, TheHawkGuy, & Dream3: I figured that if the Heroes go to Tribal Council first, Jessica "Sugar" was going to be the first to go (a no-brainer there). In my opinion, I'm rooting for Rupert, Russell, and also Cirie. The next episode of Survivor will be a good one (saw the clips of it, but I don't want to spoil it for y'all).

Gotta run, wish me the best.

Grant

I'm guilty of not listening to Jeff Beck... I didn't really hear about him until I started listening to JOE and the blues... It's time to start buying his stuff...

Thanks Mark..

Aaron...Jeff is phenomenal. The sounds that he squeezes out of his guitars defy explanation sometimes. I would suggest "Jeff Beck's Guitar Shop" or "You Had It Coming".

Happy Valentines Day peeps , hope every one is having a great one....... Have been very busy with life lately although today is not quite so jam packed with stuff to do ....YaY! My son is a high school wrestler and so I've been going to the matches . He is doing really well this year, next week he wrestles to qualify for state. He has a very good chance of doing so, any way.... he has worked very hard so that would be COOL.

Glitzman - Best of luck on your run today. I hope your hard work reaps the rewards you are striving for also.

Michelle- Hope your momma is doing better & sorry 'bout your cold....get better soon. Glad you enjoyed the link of SMB & Joe. I join you & Ibanezguitars in saying that I too enjoy the "bluesy side of Joe" very much.

Anibur- Your welcome , I think that is one of my favorite interviews of Joe . I have to tell you that lately when I am listening to AWMAWY from LIP , I adore it SO MUCH It makes me think of your description of "Real fans" being in "paroxysms of ecstasy" ....... lol

Peace Lily...oh yes and I have had that song on repeat in the car many times, alas my LIP version has not arrived yet! The beginning of Cool#9 can make me feel that way too.

Who agrees that Joe is the youngest looking 53 yr old ever ever........

JR, if yer out there reading....what's the thing that stands out most to you when you see Joe with the Chickenfoot band? ...since you've known him so long, and most of his career has been as a solo artist.....what stands out best to you, the biggest difference other than the obvious, seeing him with the guys? --

Easy, .. He's having a ball playing in "band". It's clear to me Joe is just having the time of his life being part of the show; As a solo artist I think he plays melody, solos and fills for hours on end, we love that - true, but now he gets to enjoy and be part of the show at the same time? .. I like the fact that he gets to lay back and have FUN~

Michelle- My dad has a pace-maker, he's had one for over 20 years now, his heart would stop beating for several long counts and start again. He's on 100 percent demand now which means the pace- maker is the only thing keeping his heart beating , thank God for pace-makers.........

Its a procedure but it could give her a whole new lease on life ,if it will work for her

And thanks for posting Cool # 9, I do enjoy it .

Anibur- I don't know 'bout better than sex ......close though ;-)

Blue_Moon McAl--Am I in trouble again because I'm over 50? And what's this about youngins being shut out of an internet site for peoples over 55? I didn't think that was possible.... I'm only 53....thought it was people over 35 or 40 who weren't allowed in younger people's online forums. :-/

CANADA IS AN AWESOME COUNTRY! Vancouver is a great place to host Winter Olympics!

Blue_Moon--"over 55's signing upto social networking sites are deterring young people from using the services..."

Yeah, Alan, tis funny but not surprising......Age discrimination I tells ya!

It seems like you know a lot more about what's happening on the social scene and about the world. It's because you've been out to see the world outside of your own country and have had more of a wealth of different kinds of experiences than me (or am I just imagining this?).......'Tis music, Joe, and bein' luni that brought us together! And I'd like to think friendship..

I'm still only 53.....two more years to go....am I in trouble???
