Slan, good idea, I've been talking to Chris about it myself, but he's pretty stuck on the 1200, likes the pickups in it better....THEN he wants to get a white 1000, THEN a Breedlove acoustic...THEN....the list goes on and on, LOL!!
Chelle, u know I lubs u and yer fambly more den I lubs Henry. But I can't help but be worried fer him, cuz if he goes....there goes our bat-stories =| You'd hafta come up with new stuff to keep us rollin, LOL!!
Game is on in the background, saw a fun Dorito commercial early on :)) Jamie and I are in the chat waiting for a Satch song to come into the game, here's hoping!!

Chee, I know, bats are like flying hamsters...well, at least that's what I try to tell myself. lol! We bought a bat house, paid $500.00 to seal the cracks between the roof & house, played loud music in the attic...Henry lubs us. he just won't go away. lol!
I laughed the hardest for the Dockers commercial with the guys in their underwear, and whatever the "casual day at the office" commercial was. The Puxatawny Polamalu commercial rocked too!
Pip, hugs to ya!
WOOOOOOOOOO! Nice Who halftime show!! The boys are getting up there, but *F* it - they rock! Roger nailed the scream too! Almost brought tears to my eyes...or was that the tequila? LOL!!
Anyways - party on Wayne!

Congrats to the Saints!
Another day of work at the guitar store: Tuning & polishing the guitars. I did make a few sales on some guitar accessories.
I saw the game, while bartending at Red River (was asked to fill in).
The underdog prevailed. Best moment of the game, Drew Brees getting emotional while he's holding his son.
Michelle: Don't drink too much now, but continue enjoying New Orleans' victory. Prayers to your Mom. Just saw your post about her. Hope she's feeling better; maybe with the Saints' victory, that should make her feel better.
Now with the Super Bowl being done, let's all focus on Joe jamming with The Roots Crew on Jimmy Fallon Monday night.
Chat with you all later. Maybe I'll join the chat room tomorrow; don't know yet.
My first run/race of 2010 is next Sunday.

Skippygirl - Yes, a great portion of the DVD had effects of one sort or another. I'm sure, and of course hope, that you watch it with an open mind like I did. I wasn't going to let any opinions stop me from watching and getting out of it what I needed too. The sound was the best yet. Gave the best "live" vibe. It's a notch above LISF.

Yay..... Saints!!!!!!! I really enjpyed that game. I luv it when the underdog wins...........
Watched alot of LIP DVD yesterday and today..loved the interview, it's informative and interesting. I am enjoying the DVD....but to be honest I havn't been able to watch it all at once due to time limitations.
But for the most part I am totally taken with it, as I am with most things Joe..........
The sound of the recordings and the way Joe played just blows me away..............

Great game...congrats to the Saints! What a great way to start the second half, with that onside kick...wow!
I thought the Who were OK. The halftime shows have all been pretty similar the past few years...I think next year they should shake things up a bit, somehow, but that'll never happen.
I'll catch up on posts tomorrow...and still no LIP in my mailbox, argh...

Mornin' peeps.
Still up since 5 a.m. this morning. Had a bad scare tonight. Me lovely mum had a mini stroke as far as we know. My pop called an ambulance at 1:30 a.m. so they're running tests and all that intrusive stuff right now. My pop says she's improved a bit since she got the IV going. Like I said, she couldn't eat much and that was making her even weaker. I talked to her twice and she sounds sick and tired, but not slurred or anything like my pop said she was when it first happened. Her pulse is still in the low 40's. I'm still internally shaking like a leaf. Maybe I can close my eyes for a bit before my pop calls me again with an update. At first he said they were taking them to the local hospital, which is like 2 miles away. We got dressed and got in the car and started driving, and I called my pop to tell him we were on the way. That's when he told us that she told the ambulance drivers to take her to her regular hosp way across feckin town. My hubs has a major job he has to do at 5 a.m., so we had to turn around and come back home. I'm to stressed and shaky to go by myself. I'd prolly wrap myself around a tree with the ice from the melted snow at 3 a.m. . I'm tired and rambling. Sorry. I need my pillow.

Sorry to hear that Michelle, I hope she's resting in hospital now and feeling alot better. Try to grab some kip and be fresh to head in to see her, she's probably exhausted herself and could do with a sleep too.
