Good to see Webbie Jon's post sunk in last week.

Not everyone is going to get along or agree in this world but does it have to come down to a shit slinging match everytime someone says something someone else doesn't agree with FFS isn't the world screwed up enough without coming to a Website for Joe (someone who actually makes us think of happy times) and srewing that up with bullshit conversation and nasty digs at one another pretty damn selfish.

Im 43 yrs old now, I used to smoke pot daily ever since I was in high school. I always had a happy sac with me. and looked forward to buying the next one every Friday. Back in 1995 I gradually weened myself off the weed to where I wasnt smoking at all. within months I started having mild seizures, did the doctor thing , been diagnosed with epilepsy. on medication and still take meds to control my seizures. sometimes I have come to the thoughts of going back to smoking weed to see if it makes a difference and ween myself off the meds I take for my epilesy. I never was diagnosed or had any history of seizures until I quit smoking weed at the age of 29, almost 30.

hahaha...so you make a stupid comment and now im a little man.....all praise queen Michele...now wheres Sir Loin when you need him? wheres the pot war...oh wait..you changed the subject because you dont have a brain cell that could debate like an adult...go ahead with your names...sticks n stones...So tell us ms smarty...How much do you really know about drugs....I know one thing...you must need alot of em

Brad- I never heard of that...if the meds are working w/o side effect , i probably would stick with them...new discoveries have been made on the use of weed medically so i would do a little research first...thanks for sharing your story

this should straighten out the lies previously posted

Boy did I ever open a can of worms ;)

I smoked daily for 25 years. Parenting did'nt stop me and neither did the promise of a good paying job. But I have finally given it up because I'm tired of passing by all of those job opportunities that require a drug test. And also because it's not fair to my wife, who manages to get through every day without numbing her mind like I have. It's been one, big cop-out for me. It was time for a change. And I feel tons better.

We can change the subject now...lol. Peace.

no biggie Dave...Michelle has had a personal issue with me for many years...and she cant control herself...has nothing to do with the pot...it has to do with her angry personality and taking it out on..whoever she can. Ive ignored her comments for years...she butts in whenever she want to start trouble. She should be kicked off this site...as many have left because of her crap. Keep trying Michelle...i aint going anywhere..Im a real fan...and bandwagon Blue Moon...remove me from your friends then douch bag

what really sad..for all of you that want to believe the lies..her attitude torwds me is based on not having enough money for the flight to california and i tried to sell the other ticker here to fans...she didnt like that..she felt it should be returned and given to someone else like her....so she cant get over it..we are talking 5 years ago..i tried to be nice but clearly shes a rag and cant let it go as my apologies were ignore...though i had nothing to apologise for. She thinks she rules the site, and can say whatever , to whover..with no respect. ....as Sir Loin has put it so well...because she deserves the same as she dishes out...i didnt say a word to her...and will never.but i sure aint gonna sit here and take it from some short fat wash woman..i know...i seen her

Does this interview contain some irony, or is it just the way I'm reading it?

Skippy - ripped out some riffs (?), opened some cool stuff, ate some nice food, hung out with fave peeps, looked at cars (yeah, I know!)... simple but smile inducing stuff ta

Did an easy 5-Miler out in this cold (that felt good).

Thanks Skippy. I was in the chatroom earlier today with Jamie. Wish you can join. May not be having cake, but at least I have you and the others here to chat with for my birthday.

Watching the Olympics now. Ice Dancing should be pretty good. Go Belbin & Agosto and Davis & White of the United States. Virtue & Moir of Canada lead going into the final dance. Hope we get two medals in this competition. It would be really neat if it was a "North American" sweep in Ice Dance.

McDave: Good for you. Catch any Survivor lately?

Sure Skippy; let me be the first and count me in. It might be a challenge to chat with you despite the time differences, work, etc. If I had a laptop or my own computer, then I would chat with you easily. I'm an early bird, night owl, or some watchamacallit.

BTW, thanks Dream3, The HawkGuy, and Railton for the chat earlier today.

so to set the record straight..as so many prefered to gang up on my comments....so heres the proof

http://drugwarfacts.org/cms/?q=node/30

alcohol kills over 80,000 a year....weed-0

"5. This is a remarkable statement. First, the record on marijuana encompasses 5,000 years of human experience. Second, marijuana is now used daily by enormous numbers of people throughout the world. Estimates suggest that from twenty million to fifty million Americans routinely, albeit illegally, smoke marijuana without the benefit of direct medical supervision. Yet, despite this long history of use and the extraordinarily high numbers of social smokers, there are simply no credible medical reports to suggest that consuming marijuana has caused a single death.

What an Ice Dance Competition. Virtue & Moir of Canada gets gold and Davis & White of the U.S. gets silver. Belbin & Agosto, who were 4th going into the free dance, finished 4th; not bad at all for the defending Olympic silver medalists. The Russians take the bronze. No offense, but in my opinion, it should have been a "North American" sweep.

What was awesome is that Virtue & Moir and Davis & White are not only best friends, they have the same coaches (they train together), and they go to the University of Michigan. WOLVERINES BABY!! How cool is that!?

Darn, I don't know the lyrics from the National Anthem of Canada (just some). Sorry Canadians, I better start learning.

Congrats to all. Now the ladies will skate.

Dream3: Yes Jamie, my birthday is on the 24th. Thanks mate and G-day to you. :)

Skippygirl: Count me in when you get started on the chat mass. :)

Later everyone, I have work at Red River tomorrow morning.
