T2Jers and JOE! : Steven and I have had an exasperatingly difficult month. Steven's roommate "Larry" suffered a heart attack right in front of Steven and passed that day a few weeks ago. Larry was running Pauls news stand in Alameda on santa clara and park street. The news stand has been there for many decades. Steven is rightfully out of it for now. Both of us suffered from pneumonia and I was hospitalized for that and an opportunistic bacterial infection with it. It has been difficult to function as of late, but, I'm getting help from the hospital and am on meds to help. Steven will just take a bit longer to heal from the devistation he's just gone thru...........Thanks for any prayers or well wishes guys. Randell

Morning Chad, how are you?? What's happening in yer world? We're doing okay here, same ole, same ole....work work work :) We need some more Joe-shows to keep us sane, lol!! How's mah lil Logan-berry doing?

Today is Chris's 22nd birthday, woo hoo! Happy Birthday to my son....I won an electronic keyboard yesterday in a raffle drawing at work. We did all kinds of things to raise money for the annual food drive, so among other activities I bought tickets for that particular drawing. So now Chris has scored a keyboard, lol! His "studio" is coming along :)

Safe trip chelle, although you won't even see this till yer back home again, but hope it's a fun day for all of you! And too bad you don't have a facebook account, then you could go look at allllllllllllllllll of Austin's pictures of food from New York...that young man left the west coast full of burgers but came back made of pizza!!

We're headed out later today with my mom to see "Wolfman"... *shivers* Then birthday dinner tonight and PREZZIES!! :)

Love ya Joe! *waves*

I don't think we have any T2Jers down in Chile, do we? But I hope everyone is safe after the earthquake. I have three friends from SoCal who are living down there for a few months, but thankfully I've heard that they're OK.

Ibanezplyr - Sorry to hear about Larry...I hope you and Steven are getting by. Let us know if there's anything we can do.
death cube k - Nice one. ;-)
cheese101 - Be sure to tell Chris "happy birthday" from me...

Hey Joe don't know if you get to really look at this stuff but I found it and thought I would say Hi and maybe ask you if you have seen a dvd how to play your stuff, I was surprised to see that you weren't the one showing how to play the songs. Well I was wondering about the accuracy of the lessons, since I am working on both surfing and midnight. Halfway through surfing, just started picking up midnight. I just wish I could sound it as smooth and beautifully as you do. Nuff said I guess cause I don't know much about this web stuff and don't know if you read these or if I will even get a chance to get back and see if you have. By the way, I still have mixed feelings about chicken feet. Do you think it was a good idea?

obed1023 - Joe is usually pretty accessible after his own concerts, but you'll have more difficulty trying to get an autograph from him on the Experience Hendrix tour. Security will probably be tighter, with so many musicians on the bill. And if Satch's songs are in the middle of the set, it's possible he'd be back on the bus before the show has finished...and you'll never even see him by the time you make it outside.

I'd say your best bet is to wait for his next solo tour.

Hi Alan--What can ya tell me about Team Ireland in the Olympics? I heard three people are representing Ireland this year. One participated in Giant Slalom, Kirsty McGarry. Who are the other two people and which sport do they participate in? I also heard Ireland has a hockey team.....but not in the winter Olympics.

Canadians are amazing peoples and get along with the Irish just fine as far as I know....I think there are a few canadians on this forum and at least one from Ireland......Then again he was invited to get Canadian citizenship if he wanted....I think.

Uncle roy, I'm gettin' too old for this! It's a huge challenge keeping up on here.

JOE, I gotta go to work today. I hope I make it home ok cause Saturdays are the busiest.....it's a wonder I don't get knocked down by the crowd of peoples.

I can tell ya one thing Moritz

They're shite

the other sport was bobsleigh, which is mad since it hardly ever snows here theres only seasonal ice rinks and no sort of track, duno how that one popped up!

fair balls to them giving it a go even if they did come last or something... even though 1.5 seconds was the difference between first and last!

watched the curling final last night sweeden won over canada, who had 2 golden chances to win, but fluffed it! ...well done sweeden there was like 6 fans cheering in the big canada crowd!, kinda annoyed me that the crowd wernt quiet for sweedens shots, but hey it didnt matter to em in the end, well done sweeden

Randall, best wishes to you and Steven.

Happy birthday Chrisburito Tostito Dorito Safley! Mmmmm, pie!

McDave, have fun tonight!

Saw the breaking news about Chile on CNN at Penn State. So sad when disasters like that happen. Also very, very sad to hear Marie Osmond's teenage son committed suicide last night.

GG2, saw a LOT of trains. They were sooo long! At least three of them must have stretched a mile each with so many cars. Never saw trains that long before, and we even saw a passenger train go by on our way home. Driving through the Appalachian Mountains was a trip and a half. lol! I bet it's a beautiful ride in the fall, but today the skies were gray and light snow was falling. The sun finally came out when we were about half way home. Better late then never. lol! 300 miles round trip. We're pooped!

Chee-Bone, yer peer pressure about facebook has no effect on meh. lol! Neither does pictures of Austin's food. LOL!

and now for something completely different...woo woo woo woooooo!
