Thanks michelle As sad as it all sounds it`s all too real But I`m happy to report my sister and I are as close as ever (she made attempts to help me overcome my addiction and was the one who had to clean up the mess I left behind)words cannot express my love for her
Hey bluemoon my last name is Mckeeman look in the phone books in Ireland and I`ll bet you`ll find more than a few.We may even be related even the name Mckeenan was sometimes changed to McKeeman usually because the Irish accent made it hard for the immigration people to understand and Mckeena sounds like it should be up the same tree. Show some optimism!!! I also dream of one day visitin Ireland as my aunts did a few years back. They found lots of Mckkemans in the phone book over their but as they admitted later they spent alot of time in the pubs and not so much time looking up possible relatives. It`s even funnier when you consider they were both well into their 60`s when they went to Ireland

skippygirl....We do have vid's on YouTube, you just gotta type in Swingdogs in the searchbar. I would post a link but I'm having issues with that on my end. I think we have vid's of our Minneapolis, MN and Superior, WI shows. And I'm sure that our show last night will be posted by the end of the day. Thanks for looking ;)

kansasmc, there are a few mc's here. I'm one of 'em :-) but in PA, not Ireland. Bluemoon can't be arsed to read long posts (hence his post) because his attention span is that of a piss ant when it comes to reading. Put an instrument in front of him and he'll spend hours. lol! He's a great player himself. Seems like you need yer sis as much as she needs you. Hope you both have a fantastic time at the Hendrix tribute show (how can you not?) As for visiting Ireland, I'll prolly be in my 60's by the time I get there too. lol! I've seen green before, the pubs are where it's at! Yer aunts had the right idea. lol!
Chrispy, but how was the birthday pie?? lol! Hope you had a piece for me!

I had the LIP DVD playing this morning while I was doing some cleaning and laundry folding, and it occurred to me that Joe's energy is as good as I have seen it. Seems to pick to be picking up speed as he gets older. Like more work than he can shake a stick at. Pretty impressive really.
Joe are you still doing the Vegan diet? If so, how is it coming? Do you find it helps your energy?
I saw some stuff back a few pages ago about Layne Staley and Alice in Chains. Has anyone heard the new CD yet? Just wondering what everyone thinks.
Also, I checked out Bad Co's new live CD and they sound great. Paul Rogers sounds as good as ever.

Ya. It finished the way it was supposed to anyway. Well, maybe not the US getting silver, but Canada was clearly the top of the heap.

Championship games at any sport, at any level, are always enjoyable to watch, and this was no exception. Great game.
Hybes, I respectfully disagree with your goalie-at-sleep assessment. As a goalie myself (soccer) I would like to know how the most dangerous forward of the opposing team ends up completely by himself that close to the goal. On overtime, no less.
