Axeshredderjc: Way to go! How did you manage to pull that off, and when are you going? Congrats man and enjoy all of the Hendrix Experience. I didn't get a chance to look at your design, sorry dude. All the best for ya.

Well we all know that Joe is pretty good with his gits but for me only Hendrix does Hendrix. Cover versions to me just don't sound quite right no matter how good the playing is. Having said that I hope you who are going enjoy the Experience shows, and i'm not a misguided Hendrix fan, his music (although there are exceptions) generally doesn't do it for me but I feel he was unique.

Cappy - my husband says Hendrix took the blues and put in into outer space. He was unique. Too bad we never got to hear all the places he would have gone over the years.
Ax - lucky you

Village Idiot takes his pet goldfish to the Vet, "Whats up with it" asks the Vet. "He's got Epilepsy" says the idiot. So the Vet takes a closer look at the fish, "He seems ok to me" says the Vet, and the Idiot replies "Wait till i take him out the bowl"

Ozzy Osbourne really highly speaks about randy rhoad on n off over the years, He also almost quit his entire musician career over randy, but with love and support from his wife sharon? Ozzy continues and moved on with his career

Joe, has Guitar Hero ever confronted you on putting another one of your songs in their games? I just keep requesting songs of yours on the Guitar Hero website yet they don't put any as Downloadable Content. Guitar Hero is really going down the tubes because they're not even putting that many Rock songs anymore. It's all that modern Pop garbage from bands nobody has even heard of. Hopefully, one day, if they come to their senses, they should make a Guitar Hero:Joe Satriani. That would be Awesome! Let us know if you hear anything from them, Joe.

oxley11: I'm told by my nephews who play the game that there are in-fact two downloadable Satriani Songs, One for Rock Band (Satch Boogie) and one for Guitar Hero 3 (Surfing with the Alien). Hope this helps you.

Wow. Cool stuff about Valleys Of Neptune, Hendrix's new album. It just debuted in the Billboard top 200 at number 4. It breaks a record for deceased artist who hit the top 5 many years after their death. Elvis used to own the record hitting the top 5 26 years after he died. Speaks volumes for Hendrix.

minimoog:Satch Boogie is on GH:World Tour which I have, and Surfing with the Alien is only downloadable on the Xbox 360 Guitar Hero which I don't have. I have all of the GH games on the Wii. The Satch Boogie tapping solo on GH is incredibly difficult. They picked the hardest Satch song possible and put it on the game. Go Figure.

Axe - it is a good design and has a real shot. The theme is very Joe, as is the colour. Best of luck with it.
Joe tweeted some backstage pics yesterday which was fab.
Fantastic Saturday morning, sitting here with the hair stylist being made glam haha. Have a great weekend all.
