Only three posts since last night? What's wrong with everyone? ;-) DO THE STU--I'LL TELL YA WHAT'S WRONG! My man and I are pissed off at each other today and barely speaking to each other......Yesterday everything was fine.....we went to his step-sister's place and had Easter brunch and visited with 3 generations of women--his step-mom, step-sister and beautiful 19-year-old niece who is taking classes at UC Santa Cruz. One more year of teenagehood and into the REAL adult world! I can remember when this young woman was a baby, a bouncing, dancing 3-year-old, an 8-year-old princess! I hope she doesn't get her heart broken too much and doesn't break too many hearts! She's into the internet/FB BIG TIME! And there is nothing her aunt and uncle can do about it!! Awww, today's youth! I gotta pray for them everyday.......Now if my man and I can make up amicably.......then there's hope.

JOE--Because you are present......all things are possible!

US special forces use heavy metal music to fight Taliban
So do these bands protest (ab)use of their music or do they consider it a compliment?

Wikileaks: Collateral murder. Soldiers love to shoot people. Something you have to see (have to f a c e) but it's heavy.

Hi all,

OK this is nothing to do with music, more along the lines of a vid of someone who can do what few people can do, something which takes hours of practice and dedication, which is one of the reasons I love Joe check it out

Normal transmission will resume shortly...

Don - I don't live there anymore. I live in Oklahoma now, but I was born and raised in Maine. The Red Sox is a way of life up there! lol. I have been to Fenway about a hundred times. Used to sit out there and catch batting practice balls over the monster from Yaz, Jim Rice and Freddy Lynn!

I take it you and the misses are big Sox fans, or just the misses?

Beckett looked aweful!

Crappy - LOL! Yes they are! Almost as big ast the lobsta.

Don - Ya, those were some great teams they had. Funny enough, the first time I saw Dwight Evans, I adopted his batting stance and kept all the way through high school. I drew a lot of walks because pitchers could just never figure out what I was doing, or if I was set in the box. I haven't been to Fenway for many years. I could really go for a Fenway Frank!!

Nipbeast - Best Buy has pushed the Chickenfoot release to May 4. Surely Amazon won't be able to release it a week early? I guess if they do, that's where I'm getting mine!

Hi Joe!

Just wondering if it is true, if this is your autograf on this guitar that Niclas Lidholt from Sweden won, is thrue that you signed it in a competition in this webb site

Cool interview, Peace Lily. If I remember, The Nine was one of the other band names in consideration before the guys decided to stick with Chickenfoot. I wonder if Joe knows that whole backstory.

Pretty neat...

Steven Tyler sang God Bless America at Fenway Park on Opening Day, with a little help from his daughter Chelsea:

He sounds great! The audio and video are a bit off, but I think YouTube is to blame there...Steven Tyler has never been one to lip sync.
