Yes - glass would be bad for our feet.

But, the more you run barefoot, the tougher they would become, and more resistant to glass.

Hi Joe!! Nice to see you take some time out to answer a Q. The webcast in Cabo was pretty cool. It's great to see you so happy :-)

Just went to the drug store to get some allergy meds. I was getting Claritin D and some Sudafed. Claritin for bad days, and Sudafed when i don't need something as strong. I think it's sad times when you have to show yer ID & sign yer name to buy allergy meds, but I get it. To many yahoos using them to mix with illegal drugs. Anyways, I get to the counter and she scans the Claritin, takes the ID and scans that. Then she takes the Sudafed and scans that. Guess what - you can't even feckin buy them both at the same time!! lmao! The register said I was "over the limit" of that type of drug, so i could either buy one or the other, but not both. Maybe I should just treat my allergies with some good old fashion meth? I could prolly get it a lot cheaper, and they wouldn't ask to see my ID, and I prolly wouldn't care about my allergies! ffs!

*smacks hand to forehead*

Don- Whoo hoo & high five ! That's super bucks per hour! Glad things R looking up.

Blue Moon- good sounds.....last bit posted had an interesting bit at the end from 1.50 put me in mind of fever ray a bit, not of any one song just how the notes are used. Probably not explaining clearly but any way- very enjoyable.

Michelle- We can't even get sudafed over the counter in Oregon , not the real McCoy ...prescription only...... I am constantly amazed when I learn what these meth heads R making their crap out of ....lithium batterys and assorted chemicals that would kill most people. Geez.....I have a bro-in-law that is constantly tweaking &been busted bunches but never gets any time.....I think he's an informant or something . He still had his kids too until just recenlty ...poor kids . Any way- bad stuff.

michelle - I have a friend who loves to cook fancy foods, and another friend whose girlfriend works as a chemist. They both have trouble buying certain food ingredients or chemicals...stores don't sell them because they have potential drug uses, but you can buy them online.

The problem is, the online sellers don't waste their time selling small amounts to normal people; they only sell in bulk to the people who end up using them for drugs. So the end result is the druggies still get what they need to feed their habbit, and the normal people miss out. It sucks.

Blue_Moon - Sounds good, again...it's cool to hear the progress of everything.
Don1963 - Congrats on the job! It's good to hear that you'll be busy for a while, but I hope you don't forget about us...haha.
bunkII - I don't have that book, but I'm not aware of a Satch song Desert Sun...are you maybe talking about the untitled jam track Joe did several years ago? It's commonly mislabled as Heart Of The Sun. You can hear it on YouTube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DotaoLujI2U

I'm probably wrong (again, I don't have the book), but I thought I'd throw this out there just in case.

Sorry for the double post, but...

Joe - I think you've worked with Musicares in the past...any chance you'll be at this benefit gig with Slash and others?

Money is kind of tight right now and I'm not sure if I can go, but if you'll be there I'll try to work it out.

Great advice for sully Joe! It's hard to identify music into known catagories most times. Most people-bands- don't want to typify themselves into a single catagory, to there detriment. Try to be as specific to a catagory as you can folks so others can find you! I just had to chime in......

lots of stuff to add and some bass and tifying up, but its coming along nice :)

i played everything cept the drums on it, to hard to get proper live drums without doing it properly so samples will do, probably spent the msot time makiing the drums sound less fake than the whole eintire process of everything else, i can only play a few things on durms, simple stuff, my friends kit is downstairs i play a bit, guitars and keys is all im ok at, not even that good on keyboard either

Hey everybody! Got my anti-virus protection yesterday because my computer's soul belongs to Norton once you use it. I'm getting back to listening Crystal Planet(considering it's my favorite album) and I'm am just completely reattached to it right now. And for some reason, don't know how or why, I neglected to listen to Psycho Monkey. ??? BIG MISTAKE!!! I love that song now. Sick drum beat, awesome groove, and those really cool and strong sounding low note string harmonics.

Anyway, I was on Youtube watchin' videos and all that and saw one of the advertisements. It was "Guitar Tricks for Beginners" I believe. And this lady is holding the guitar as if she has no idea what the hell she is doing. And then I look at the guitar strap and realize something. ?????? Here's the link: Guitar Tricks For Beginners. Scroll down a little bit until you find "Beginners Find A Home At Guitar Tricks" in the middle/left area. Lets see if you can find out although it's not that difficult. Until then everybody. Peace! :^{)

Dear Joe, I've been thinking about what you said and I really am not into playing metal... Sure alterbridge is kind of metally, but in my opinion more like hard rock... I would rather play rock and stuff like that... I mean, have you ever heard of Butter the Bread with Butter? THAT'S A METAL BAND??????? I'm waiting to see how the garage band thing plays out... Thanks for the advice... -Sullyguitar

Decisions decisions....

Split or marry split or marry???

Hey...I see the London Guitar show is much later this year...8-10th October.

Thing is...I think they ruined themselves...having Joe, Paul Yngwie, Billy Sheehan and Guthrie Govan in the same year...

How do you follow that!

Watch that space I suppose.

Hugs Satriella xx
