So...anyone want to guess what song from the new album is in that old Big Bad Wah promo YouTube video? From about 0:20 to 1:40...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Jx60tLXxdA
Looking at the titles, it sounds like it could be Dream Song or Light Years Away to me.
I'll go with Dream Song as my guess...with LYA being the single, something tells me Joe wouldn't have released a snippet of it so early.

For those of you trying to utilize the pre-sale to get tickets for Denver's Paramount Theater show, keep in mind the link provided from Joe's Road page doesn't let you buy tickets. The pre-sale is scheduled to start today, 8-23-10, but the page the link directs you to states the sale hasn't started yet. Instead go directly to tickethorse.com and find the show there. It will prompt you for your pre-sale code from your CD purchase (you have ordered your new Joe CD right?) and allow you to select your seats. I know where I'll be December 21st!

Blue_Moon - It's obviously a demo, as the clip is a year or so old. I remember people asking Joe what the song was, and he said it'd be on the new album. So, unless I have the video clip mixed up with another... ;-)

Do The Stu-I kinda remember something being said about those audio samples Joe released as being part of the new release ........the " Vox Mixes"
I don't remember which sample though...if it was one or all. I down- loaded them though....... I'm sure many of us did . Listening to them now.
Also what release was "TUMBLE" from? I have not heard it.

I was wondering if anyone else who was wanting to purchase the Cincinnati tickets were having issues. The site states the tickets go on sale today but they are still waiting on the link. I have called Aronoff Center for the Arts but they tell me the web site is wrong and tickets dont go on sale until Friday.
Wondering if anyone knew anything about these tickets?

Canchino- The "Dog" and I thank you for your efforts!
Peace Lily- "Tumble" is a track from ITLIS? that was released as an iTunes only single. As far as I know, you can still purchase it for $0.99. It is well worth the money; very groovy tune!
Ian
EDIT: Austin- I also recall Joe mentioning the BBW promo song was something from his new album. I am having some trouble with my video card, but I am very excited to hear it as a 'full' song; although the version I downloaded from VOX has gotten quite a bit of play time from me already. It will be neat to hear which track it actually is. It seems kind of "Light Years Away" from memory, but I'll go give it another listen and see if I change my mind.

Watching the 1966 Batman movie with all four of the villians in it. Penguin, Cat Woman, Riddler and The Joker. The cheese is so heavy, you could say Holy Lactated Uring of the Hooved Mammal.

Alright, I know I've been a bad fan and all, being gone all these months. But here are my 2 cents on the set list thing. (If I say something that's been said before while I was gone, I apologize, I haven't had time to really check last couple of months!):
JOE
If Mike Keneally is coming along on tour, then there's a whole lot of obvious choices IMO. First, you should play "Why", because now you can. On the same frame of mind, please consider "You saved my life", which I personally think is one of your best ballads. These tunes call for simultaneous guitar parts and I think now you might be able to play them live.
SATCHAHOLICS
I've included some ear candy and some "forgotten" tunes I always want JOE to play. Some of these tunes that (by either vibe/tempo or key) might be a good replacement for some others most hardcore Satch fans can do without for a tour or two:
- I would like to hear "If" instead of "Cool no. 9".
- "Motorcycle Driver" instead of "Ice 9".
What other tunes are you guys pulling for?

turbo236- Hey thanks for the heads-up on "TUMBLE", being the SATCHAHOLIC I am ...I'll head right over to i-tunes and see if I can purchase.
Still pulling for DWCAE myself....... its actually been on the top of my set-list for months, ever since I decided I loved it and would just die to hear it live. :-)
Hope peeps are getting their tickets okay now, was feeling bad for those of you that were having troubles , I know I would be so upset to not be able to get the tix I wanted .
Edit- turbo- Thanx again ...purchased "TUMBLE" ....awesome song!!!
