Decisions decisions....

Split or marry split or marry???

Hey...I see the London Guitar show is much later this year...8-10th October.

Thing is...I think they ruined themselves...having Joe, Paul Yngwie, Billy Sheehan and Guthrie Govan in the same year...

How do you follow that!

Watch that space I suppose.

Hugs Satriella xx

Sullyguitar: If I were to form a band, it would be like a pop rock beatle meets nirvana meets satriani kinda sound, ... anyway, play whatever you guys feel good for the band,,,,and explore new styles like for example: jazz, r and b, ballads, latin grooves, ragtime, ska, etc atc you can benefit from that.....hope that helps

Seriously..Slash is a joke on real Guitar Heros...duh He steals the Fame Joe and others deserve..for being an average les paul blues guitarist. Its the hair and hat.lmao. Simply...hes absolutely unrecognizable , unlike Joe, Vai, Johnson, Lynch, and 10s of other heros. I wonder if they post Satriani links on Slash's site...lmao....not

Here's a pretty cool and unusually long interview with Aerosmith's Brad Whitford. In addition to band stuff, he talks about the Experience Hendrix tour and a solo project he's slowly working on with Derek St. Holmes (Ted Nugent's rhythm guitarist) and Johnny A...

Mahavishnu - You've got it wrong...this is the proper way to play a guitar. :-)
oxley11 - Psycho Monkey is fun...it was great hearing that one on the ITLIS? tour. What do you think of Secret Prayer? I'd love to hear that one someday...
Jessie_K - Joe's next studio album will have Jeff on drums and Allen Whitman (of The Mermen) on bass.

...Austin...

Ahh, so nice to post it twice ;-)

Sneak peek at The Oracle. That's gonna be a fun song to drive to. Danger! Danger! lol!

I was listening to this earlier. The build up in the beginning and the growls throughout this one make it one of my all time favs.

And just for shits and giggles - here's more SLASH

I wonder if his defibrillator still goes off during his gigs?

edit: - uno mas -

Episode 7 of The Making of The Oracle. Lots of Tony playing his guitar in this one.

The dude had a brain bleed and is diabetic, and they want him to continue touring in 4 weeks. That's not cool!!!

* Bret Michaels's Notes

To all Friends & Fans... Today at 4:01pm To all of Bret’s friends and fans,

We thank you all for your continued support and outpouring of well wishes for Bret.

While additional studies are planned throughout the week, to hopefully detect the exact cause of the rupture, Bret will remain monitored closely by his medical team to make sure no further complications occur. He is responding well to tests and treatments. Even though yesterday was a minor setback, Doctors remain hopeful for a full recovery and plan to release more specific information next Monday.

While Bret is recovering we obviously have some shows that are being rescheduled. We are working to reschedule dates from now until May 21st.

At this time we are planning to resume the tour May 26th in Ft. Smith Arkansas provided there are no further complications or setbacks. We will then continue with all scheduled dates throughout the summer and fall, including the June and July tour with Lynyrd Skynyrd. Look for additional information in the days and weeks to come. For those of you with tickets for shows that are being rescheduled, your tickets will be honored on the new dates. Tickets remain on sale for the shows which are being rescheduled although the new dates have yet to be announced.

I think that is an overly optimistic goal to be touring in 4 weeks. I hope he pulls thru okay though, with no after effects from the stroke. I had not been following his career lately other than celebrity apprentice.

thanks to everyone for the comments on the new job! just wish the body would get used to the hard labor a little quicker.

blue moon; that's cool that you play the other instruments. your selling yourself short if you think your just an ok player, i'm sure it's just modesty. that song was pretty damn good to me.

my 2 cents on slash is he's a good player but the rock n roll attitude and look are what makes him.

lots of less talented people making huge $$$$$$
