Glitz Man! Didn't know you would be in Indy this afternoon. Wish I had known. I was actually in the neighborhood (up on the NE side of Indy) picking up my JSX from the shop... a bit impromptu

went to JB HiFi yesterday and had a dilemma. got Joe's dvd in my hand and then i spot the Chickenfoot dvd O_o couldn't buy both.... chose live in Paris.
Strange Beautiful Music is a great album to run too! New Last Jam, Hill Groove. awesome album!

i hate to admit it but i was watching The View the other day... i try to avoid it cause i lose brain cells everytime Elizabeth opens her mouth. same with Joy but at least she makes me laugh every now and then. anyway... Judge Judy was on and she was asked about this bill and she had it right on... she doesn't live in Arizona, so i'm not going to sit back and judge. same for me.
i think a bigger issue for America is the fact that they are owned by China now... so the US government can't criticize China for manipulating it's currancy... they own you O_o tis the end times kids... just waiting for a one world currancy to be announced.

What an absolutely gorgeous day here...except for the 25mph gusting winds that is. lol! Absolutely beautiful outside.
Waiting for the feckin cable guy to get here to fix a problem before we can leave to bring our daughter home from college. This is ruining my groove! Bitch betta rekanize - i got things t do!! I have Get Your Buzz On playing in the meantime, and the boys are jamming away in the basement. Somehow the vibrations in the house aren't matching up. lol!
Live in Paris or CF Get Your Buzz on - I vote for GYBO. I love Joe, but didn't like the overkill graphics. That vid minus the graphics would have been killer. Srry Joe. Ohh, maybe if I got my buzz on, THEN watched LIP?? That could do it! lol!
My daughter went to her friends graduation ceremony to see her "sisters" and friends graduate. I asked if they threw their caps when it was over. She said "It was to windy, they had a hard time keeping them on their heads!" Can you imagine 200 or so caps flying at 25mph all at the same time. lmao! They'd wind up in the next town before they hit the ground. lol!
Ohh - Bad Motor Scooter is on...gotta go :-)

For the first weekend in I don't know how long- we are wind free!!!!!
The sun is shining .... birds is singing & its a great day to be alive. I'm gonna go play with my family at the river..... :-)
GYBO was great ..I would have a hard time choosing between GYBO & LIP. I love LIP but I don't sit down &watch it as a concert film. I just watch a couple when I have time and a couple more later.
GYBO you watch all at once & wish you were there......

BigsBunny - How funny you say that about China. I was telling my wife the other night that if China decides to cash in it's chips, we'll be selling entire states to the Chinese, and short of going to war, there's nothing we can do about it. Our country is in a real pickle. We're not all that far from being the Greece of North America.
Michelle - totally agree with the LIP or GYBO. I LOVE the LIP sound...the live vibe and width of soundstage just add sooooooo much to that dvd. Unfortunately, it's just not something you can sit and watch.
I watched GYBO for the first time this morning. DAMN! Now that was a smokin show. Now that I have watched that, I'm a little bummed Chickenfoot won't be doing a follow up cd this year.
But on the bright side, no matter what Joe's playin, there's a smile on my face. So all is good. Maybe a Chickenfoot II in early 2011?

js1200js1000 - yer that Tallan Latz is something, he's played with Davy Knowles a few times, just like an old pro.
Having a lovely Mothers Day so far, brekkie in bed reading the papers, got a little book of vouchers from the joeys which they made themselves, entitling me to have them do various tasks and chores (above and beyond their normal) "until they leave home"!!! So they are valid for many years haha.
We're heading off now to see Iron Man 2 in Gold Class luxury, if I can squeeze some uninterrupted guitar practice in well that will be a totally fab day.

Did I mention it was windy? I said 25 mph wind gusts. I stand corrected...
"Gusts of between 45 mph and 54 mph were recorded at the Reading Regional Airport tower this afternoon and the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, N.J., issued a wind advisory for the county that will remain in effect until 6 a.m. Sunday."
Much turbulence driving to get our daughter. There were a few times where the wind got all up on us and I thought we were gonna get airborne. lol! We didn't see even one 18 wheeler in the 45 minute drive there, and none on the way home either. I kept looking for a flying cow. lol!
Anyways, my baby's home and I'm happy!
Crank it! It's all good until the last few words....
then I wanna throw up a little.

BigBunny: A very complex issue. I agree about "what's wrong with bald?" My name means "Tonsured" or son of the young bald one. I got static from T2J for making a gufau about it. Bald is cool! Just think of your favorite actor/actress. Yes, even actress'. any way.........who cares so much what people look like so much when they have talent!!! I may be interesting for a minute.....

hey satch fans! i am glad to hear from joe on the Immigration issue. first joe i can't wait till your next solo lp comes out. i am psyched!
i don't want to see anyone ripped from their homes.
my opinion is that our border has been pourous for too long. and needs to be built up. not just because of illegals, but terrorists. this is a real threat. yesterday, I briefly heard something about contaminated water with radioactivity.
can you imagine the consequences if someone purposely poisoned our water supplies? pack your bags!
my understanding is that this law just enforces the federal laws that are already in place. Since there seems to be a lot of in-action on the part of our President Arizona took it on themselves to do something about this problem. this is a soverign nation, but seems we lose our soverienty if we stick our heads in the sand and continue to do nothing.
