How's it going in the studio Joe? Any themes emerging? Hoping to see you this next tour. Would you consider Ventura or Santa Barbara this time?

What's the answer to your riddle?

That would be Jerry Garcia, ..commenting on why so many love and absorb what the Dead were doing - and why so many 'pan' them as misunderstood and compared to a garage band. You love it or you don't .. most - don't.

Stands alone, .. nothing like it really, ..it's all unique sounds. I have always considered Joes music it the same light; You know it when you hear it and nothing really sounds close to it. A signature guitar style, that if tryed to be emulated, never really makes the cut .. Stands alone in style and approach. Rare,.. I think in all the guitar diversity out there.

I made this when I was bored in class. I think it's pretty interesting though. It's about how people live their lives in a common business cycle. Find out how many of Joe's titles are in here.

Why does life have to go so fast? Nobody can just take it slow and easy. Everything is just one, big rush to these people. I think differently. I take the time to enjoy nature. I like the rain, rather than thinking of it as a hinder. I love the feeling of a new day as I wake up. I love a clear, starry night because they don't happen too often. If I could fly, I would fly into the light of the sun, where clouds race across the sky, and clear space can be seen all around. If I had the chance to live life without worries, I would. But some people like to live all alone. All they have is their memories. They don't make time in their busy schedule to relax. I feel sorry for them.

Hope everybody liked it.

Campbell: Happy Birthday Paul!

Oxley11: You better go easy on the coffee, or maybe you should go Decaf. Like your Joe title summary. I got a total of twelve songs: 1.) WHY 2.) SLOW AND EASY 3.) ONE BIG RUSH 4.) TIME 5.) I LIKE THE RAIN 6.) NEW DAY 7.) STARRY NIGHT 8.) IF I COULD FLY 9.) CLOUDS RACE ACROSS THE SKY 10.) IF 11.) ALL ALONE 12.) MEMORIES

KtzA: You did great on the Flying In A Blue Dream cover. Kudos to you on that! Hope Joe comes to Greece for ya buddy. Is he performing anywhere closer to Greece, besides Italy?

GoldenGirl2: Millie, you can say I'm running everywhere. LOL. As of right now, most of my runs are still here in my hometown. Hopefully next year, I'll be traveling to do some marathons in different states.

Joe, how are things going for ya in the studio? Keep up the impressive work you do.

Can't wait for World Cup Soccer! Running group a little later tonight and then it's off to two parties/events for me. \m/

Hey Joe

I uploaded 'Flying in a blue dream' as a tribute song to my own myspace profile. In fact, I recorded it - my own version of Flying in a blue dream - in remembrance of my childhood when I was highly inspired/influenced by Joe's music. Due to the fact, that Joe handles really carefully the rights of his compositions (it's understood, that he felt himself sorrow, because of the 'If I could fly' issue) I would like to kindly ask Satch's written approve to my track's staying on my profile. www.myspace.com/digitaldalibor Thanks in advance

Hey all T2Jr's alot has passed since the last time I was on!

Volcanic ash Valentino's broken leg Continued oil in the gulf BA Strikes Arizona laws Troubles in Turkey New GB goverment etc

And everything else in between - the world will continue to re-invent and new issues will arise - some things affect others more than you and I, on a continual basis, but life goes on (cruelly sometimes).

On a brighter note and perhaps more topical to this site - just back from hols (vacation!) from UK we visited -

San Francisco (including a drive by Joe's pad or what we believe to be - didn't knock!) Nappa (suspected broken toe prevented much miovement!) Yosemite (closest hotel to the Park but had some smell issues!) Gillroy (outlet stop which would see us overweight for all future flights!) Monterey (hotel right on the beach - awsome!) Highway 1 (9hr drive n the pacific highway - so cool in a drop top mustang!) LA (Griffith Observatory was the highlight) New Zealand - Auckland Sky Tower was the best with a hike up Rangitoto. Sydney, AU (Great visit to Manly and to see the fruit bats over the harbour bridge) Perth, WA - the main purpose of the holiday - great to see extended family, really cool! Yallingup and Dunsborugh - great waves! Hong Kong - great to end the holiday with a different culture - loved HK and would love to go back!

3 Weeks, 8 flights, 11 hotels and the best time ever, but back to reality and we really need a holiday!

Tickets booked to see Joe on 22 October 2010, cant wait!

When's the new CD out Joe?

My musical eccentricity is in full force today, stared out listening to the guitarist Campbell suggested on My Space..... then to Tom Petty..... then the Petty project MudCrutch ....moved on to some Joe (gotta have some Joe daily)...... then a couple Sublime songs then Jack Johnson & now I am listening to the MERMEN. ( I love Grooveshark) Maybe I'll finish up with GodSmack after some Chickenfoot.....LOL.

Hope every one is having awesome day! :-)

Where can you buy the new Dave Wiener CD anyway? I can't seem to find it in any of the local stores here, so I searched Itunes and couldn't find it digitally either.

So, as Joe is in studio working on the new solo stuff, I still can't help thinking I want a new Chickenfoot CD. for a couple of reasons. Obviously to see where they will take it a second time around, but also to get a live release on CD. The energy and tone on the Get Your Buzz On DVD is definitely something I'd like to have on CD!!

@Glitz Man-You got almost all of them. I actually started making a statement about busy schedules and somehow I integrated Joe's song titles in it.

I didn't think the caffeine would affect me that much. lol

Can anybody else find the missing ones??

Peace Lily: Lifehouse ain't bad. I've listened to some of their songs on the radio.

13 miles of running in; Mexican food, cookies, & a margarita at one event; plus some German Roasted Almonds/Nuts & some dancing/chilling with friends at the other event. Life has been good today, \m/

Glitz Man - thank you for your kind words :)

The next closest show to Greece is Vienne...Italy is the closest one so far but it's still waaay to expensive for me to go there plus the show tickets...

I really do hope Joe comes to Greece...his last show in Athens during the 20th Anniversary of SWTA was a show I will never forget!

T - I'm great! I've been studying with Berkleemusic for my Master Certificate in Guitar and my band is starting to have a name of it's own around the local scene...it's 24/7 music now! ! ! !

Peas Lily, I go from Get Ready to Pennsylvania 65000 to Ring The Alarm to Welcome To Planet Motherfucker! Whoever invented Grooveshark deserves a kiss smack on the lips ferchristsakes!

We just got back from our son's baccalaureate. Jayzus, I just couldn't be prouder of my kids tonight. My son surprised us with a part in the evenings activities with a poem to the class of 2010. When they called him up on stage, a few of his classmates yelled out his nickname and cheered him on. He's the only one they did that to :-) I was trying to get it on video and not tear up to bad so I could see what the heck I was doing. lol! He gave props to all the parents - and there went the tears. lol! His sister was so proud of him and that was way nice to see. Anyways, me & the hubs & the kids are having a good night. Tomorrow is graduation. I'm taking tissues. lol!

Listening to Shower The People Great song for the way I'm feeling right now.
