Hi Everyone.

Hope everyone is doing well. Listened to the Live In Paris CD and it was excellent.

Elpp: Congrats on seeing Iron Maiden. Haven't seen your pics yet, but I will soon.

Mystical Robot & one_robot: I agree, we probably wouldn't have Joe's music if Joe didn't hear of Jimi's passing.

Do The Stu: Neat pics. BTW, you have a message from me on FB.

Oxley11: Just saw your new one: 1.) TEARS IN THE RAIN 2.) STRANGE 3.) ECHO 4.) ORIENTAL MELODY 5.) CRAZY 6.) THE JOURNEY 7.) THE ENIGMATIC 8.) SEARCHING 9.) DWELLERS ON THE THRESHOLD 10.) AWMAWY (Always used) I wasn't sure if that counts or not.

Pip55: Yep, you beat me before I got to it. ;-)

Axeshredder: Hey there! \m/

Busy this weekend, and the following week/weekend for me, and yes, it's work & running races. Looking forward to Sundays. The guitar store I work is being named/featured on our local radio for a month (on Sundays). We are hosting Acoustic Sundays on WXKE Rock104, our local classic rock station. WOO-HOO! SWEET! :D We're slowly, but surely, drawing more of the people's attention to our store. We already have two stores in our Fort Wayne area and we plan on getting another one of our stores up & running, and this one will be near Chiacgo.

Hope things are going well/smoothly for you Joe. I saw your message on Facebook & Youtube. Looking forward to your next project. I know it's early, but I hope you have a safe and wonderful Father's Day (this upcoming Sunday) with Rubina & ZZ.

TTYL everyone. Peace out! \mXm/

Grant

first off gotta give a big shout out to ALL MIGHTY JOE SATRIANI and the long time regulars on this site that make it feel like home...
was browsing through my ipod library the other day and was amazed to see this order...
Jimi Hendrix, Joe Satriani, Journey...
pretty good company your in Joe...really into Journey right now...especially the song, be good to yourself...the minute and a half guitar solo at the end is magical but then the song starts to fade out and you have to turn it up really loud to hear the solo but it's the best part. so worth it, just make sure to turn it down before the next song or it's like holy crap that's loud! :D

Anybody have any advice on which pedals should go first on my pedal board? I have it connected as follows: Vox Wah, then Satchurator, then my Phase 90, then the Time Machine (in that order). I'm running that into my Marshall MG100FX on a clean channel. Does that sound right to you pro's out there??

BlueBuffalo- LOL...I was bored that night ...so I thought I would see if I could link it....was rewarded with listening to Hey Yeah ..then I clicked on the Amazon link and listened to some samples of the other songs..very enjoy-able. Also read that............ this album was recorded at film producer George Lucas' studios at Skywalker Ranch ...produced by Steve Miller and co-produced by Andy Johns. Thank you for mentioning the album . :-)

Glitz Man - Thanks for the note...you'll have mail shortly.

Skippygirl - I don't remember where, but I seem to recall mention of a late August or early September release date? That'd be in line with the start of the European tour in October. I wanna hear it now, though! ;-)

KtZa, ermmmmm, noooo, the US is a titch bigger than that! Yer gonna be on the East Coast, I live near the West Coast silly! But that's exciting, have fun and report back immediately how it went, please and thank you :)

GG2, The Lovely Bones, yes, that is a disturbing movie and book...I don't think I ever finished the book, but did just watch the movie recently. The guy gave me the creeps right from the beginning. The ending didn't really make me feel better, but at least it was justified. We watch a lot of different types of movies, when there's time to sit.

Mckenna, huge relief to know yer home safe and sound. Take some time to get aclimated again, play yer guitar, lollygag around in yer nice comfy bed, then git bizzy posting up some pics and making new songs :) Carol was expecting a present, so whad ya get her? And mum and dad?

Hey everybody!!! I saw Toy Story 3 yesterday and it was EXCELLENT! It might be the best one yet, but I'm not quite sure. The storyline was excellent as well as the setting and plot. It was enough to make you cry, but in a happy way. It didn't make me cry though. It just put a big smile on my face as I watched. The comedy was also genius. More so than the others actually. And it gave some shout outs to some video games such as Assassin's Creed and Splinter Cell. (For those of you, who play video games) I don't want to spoil it for you guys, so I'll stop there.

On the other hand...... It's Garfield's 32nd Birthday today!!!!!! I'm not sure if everybody knows, but I'm a huge Garfield fan. And I made a tribute to him, because he has been making me laugh for years. It is really important to me, so I hope you guys like it. And of course I had to put your music, Joe. It just makes everything better. :) Garfield's 32nd Birthday

Fatape, Scuba: so you mean use the return/sends on the back of the amp for the Time Machine only, and run everything else through the main input?

Thanks by the way... P.S any one try the Vox Ice 9 yet?

I'm waiting for it to arrive in music stores in Canada. It was scheduled for a June release, but perhaps Vox moved it back...or maybe it's for the end of June. Can't wait!

Greetings from France Joe, can't wait to see you at La Cigale on October 25th ! been 3 years since i listen to your music and i think hearing it live will be so thrilling.. Back to Shalla bal ^^ FTW !!!! Anyway i'd have a question: Does not having the Club joe "extra" means that we won't get a chance to like shake your hand and just get autograph?? I know some bands sometimes plan an autograph session in local recordstores or such.. will you be doing that in Paris? if yes where and when? I don't actually live In Paris so i don't get much info here..

Take care

koszanski - Joe now has his own signature line of pedals so he uses the Satchurator distortion and Ice Nine overdrive. Hope that helps

edit - Hi chelle..... : )
