turbo236 - thanks for the heads up on the fall Experience Hendrix tour. I saw the show in Chicago back in March and was thoroughly entertained <-- understatement
My 7 yr old son didn't get to go, but maybe I can get him to Indianapolis in Nov. (though I'm sure we'll be saving our pennies for the Chicago Joe show in Dec.!)

If anyone has the chance to get to Exp. Hendrix, they definitely should.

I hear that Steve Vai guy is pretty decent.... hehe j/k

Hi Satch ;o)

Normally I would buy any album you make....without listening to it first........and I did this time as well ;o) Can't wait

The same goes for your dvds. However I was extremely dissapointed with the "Live in Paris". The sound wasn't very good and the graphics.........c'mon....it's just so low quality that the dvd would have been a million times better without it. Quite frankly I don't understand why you think it needs shitty graphics!!!!!!!!! Seeing/hearing you and the band is more than enough, so there is no need for imo.

Better luck next time and please loose the graphics ;o)

By the way.........on your tour in Europe, you are very close to Copenhagen where you don't play any concerts, so you leave a lot of fans in frustration ;o(

Anyway I look forward to recieving the new album

Keep Rocking ;o)

I hit the link for the Cincinnati show at 9:55AM EST and found they were already accepting orders. It apparently hadn't been long because I was able to get five seats in row E center for my family! YAY!

I'm so stoked! Now if I can just find out if it's possible to get my JS20 autographed before/after the show without having to spend another $300 on a club joe ticket. I'm already at $420, and I haven't even bought 5 shirts yet. LOL

oh and Gazelle, you should check out this video of tips from Joe. It may answer your question.

(edit: fixed the link text)

I have the afternoon off, and it's the most beautiful day out today! I think I'll play my Grooveshark jukebox & raid Scubz bar so's I can get some cleaning mojo going here. Hmm, looks like it's full of a LOT of Davy Knowles, some Thin Lizzy, & Godsmack. That should do nicely :-)

Cheers!

BBunny, ya can't go wrong seeing Metallica! U2 I'll never see. Ticketrape just isn't my thing. Same thing is going on here. All the great shows I wanna see are on sale within like, a months time. Got tickets for Disturbed, and now Joe. Just saw that Davy is about 80+ miles from here tonight. Dammit! They just couldn't space it out a bit, could they? lol!

I stand corrected, clothes pins. In October i'm going to see Alterbridge, Joe Bonamassa, Jeff Beck and Joe Satriani all within 8 days, pretty cool. Philip Sayce in November too. Its not often you get an array of talent like that so close together in the one place.

MALADROIT: You should hang out by the bus after the show. Everytime I've done that (I recall 5 different times) Joe has come out and signed stuff. Be ready to stand there for at least an hour. I made the mistake of having my girlfriend there with me once, not doing that again!! Good luck!!

Hey there Joe! I am hoping you can somehow squeeze in a show in minneapolis this time around! When you were here last year my 15 yr old son met you outside the state theater and got a picture with you! I have met you twice and appreciate the time you take for fans and how "normal" you are!! Thanks!! You are the only musician i have purchased a cd from and given it to a friend who has never heard your music......the cd depends on them and which one i think they would like most!! Good thing you left that football team huh!! haha

Just rediscovered Chris Whitley and discovered he's sorely missed too . . . . . . poison girl . . . . . this realy takes me back, my mates thought I had branched out into country, but his stuff was way too cool.

Can't wait for the new cd, guess I'm not the only one - Joe, comin' to see you on the 22nd in Glasgow, drove past the 'I just wanna rock house' in April on a 'round the world holiday' didn't have the audacity to knock, nor the guitars with me to sign!

Joe, I saw you several times in the late 80's and early 90's at the the State Theater in Kalamazoo, MI. I haven't seen you back in some time and was wondering if you were considering this venue in the future or if you had some problems there (too small, mgmt, etc). Been following you since 87' and "Surfing" and still love your music. Keep it real (and rockin').

does the damp cold october weather of the northern british climate not pose problems for you with regards to warming up and loosening the old pinkies? i know being a resident that it poses problems for myself. if i were to play in england i woulld do so in may or june when the climate favours freedom of the hands. i know that this is a rediculous question because if it were you would not be coming here in autumn. kind regards simon. oh and i forgot to mention being a fan since the age of twelve (24 years) that you have been a consistently positive influence upon my life. I look rorward with glee to the opportunity to see you live in my home town of manchester for the first time (shame on me) in the fourthcoming future, take it easy and be healthy, wealthy and happy in every respect once again with kind regards. sy.

Time to head towards bed....as I push in my keyboard desk and reach to shut down the computer, it's so good to know how much I'm loved....by the 4 furry butts who have all been sitting in a ring around me the past 20 minutes, staring with nary a blink, willing me with everything they have in their lil brains to get UP, walk to the KITCHEN and give them their nightly food treat.....they know when the puter goes dark, it's party time!!

WOOT! Night all :)

Edit: PSYCHE! They thought they had me but I'm back to say...

Love ya Joe! Can't wait for the new cd, and tour to follow!
