The Batch of Satch is in the mixing stage according to Joe.

Six drops of the essence of terror, 5 drops of sinister sauce, when the stirring's done can I lick the spoon? Of course! Haha of course!

So I was in the attic this weekend getting ready to cut a couple holes in the ceiling to install some in ceiling speakers and I ran across an old box of cds that I hadn't had out for many years! I found one of my all time favorite cd's from back in the 80's. Kingdome Come's In Your Face. Man, what a great cd. Lenny Wolf just has one of those voices that screams 80's rock! I think Lenny Wolf and Sebastian Bach were my 2 favorite rock singers from that era.

Feelin for you guys back east. My brother called me yesterday. He's a roofer in Maine. Said it was 103 up there yesterday. That's more like the weather in Oklahoma, not Maine!! It was only 87 here!! Wooohooo.

hybes, worst jobs to have in a heatwave - roofer & macadam layers. I think laying down a street is hotter than laying down a roof, but both jobs suck in a heatwave! I think it hit 101 here in PA again for the second day in a row yesterday. Right now at 11:00 a.m. it says 91F, but it's supposed to hit 101 again today. woohoo.

We need a heat wave here in the western Provinces. We've had such a wet spring in Alberta that the farmers haven't been able to seed. There is standing water in all the fields, and some farming communities have declared an agricultural disaster.

I found a good way to beat the heat.....defrosting my chest freezer. Well ...maybe its not a not a good way but its a way ;-) Heat here is not anything like back East though.......not near so humid & we're not our usual triple digit July weather . (yet)

I've seen Howaiti's verison of If I Could Fly, but I searched Cliffs of Dover and found Jack Thammarat and found out he is the Guitar Idol winner of 2009 and then found his videos of If I Could Fly and Flying in a Blue Dream. I didn't know he played any Satriani songs so I got excited.

Also if you haven't seen Dean Dimarzo's version of Searching, It's amazing

Js1200js1000: I hear what your saying bro. I believe you have a right to disagree. In fact I believe so strongly in that right that I'd go down town Toronto with you to peacefully and actively demonstrate for your right to disagree... But we'd probably get arrested

In response to all this illegal immigrant talk, living in Maine all we have to worry about is Canadians and they're pretty polite. As for you people complaining about heat, its been in the 80s in Maine and I've been DYING! Its horrible. Got a nasty sunburn too out on the boat. P.S. Joe, caught 150 pounds of lobster today, hint hint. P.S.S. I think the "Joe Messages" button should be renamed something slightly cooler like Satch Vision or something similar. P.S.S.S. Also, I want to SEE music but I don't want to do drugs; anyone have suggestions? P.S.S.S.S. I have a lot of time to think on the boat. Emphatically yours, Winston P. Sugarfoot

Well done Spain... Deserved to win over a bemused german side... Germany's previous opponents flattered them to an extent but the better side one... As i siaid before, whoever won today will win the final and i stick by it...
