If you don't stand up for what you believe, you stand for nothing!
Joe is NOT condoning illegal aliens, his is standing up for CIVIL RIGHTS!
Why aren't people getting upset about the fucking oil filling our ocean and ruining our planet. Guess that's just not important. They can't protest by throwing their cars away and not using any oil products maybe? Ya wanna protest something PROTEST THAT!!

Happy Memorial Day everyone. I hope everyone takes a moment out of their day today to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice so that the rest of us have the right to come on an open forum like this and speak our minds without fear of reprecussion.
I also don't feel Joe is sticking up for the illegal aliens. The real problem here is that it's going to take sacrifice to clean up this mess. That sacrifice is going to come at the expense of civil liberties. I think it's unfortunate that Joe has joined this protest. Not because he doesn't have a right to his opinion, but because at the end of the day it's the adoring fans of Arizona who have supported Joe's endevors for over 20 years who the ones who are going to have to sacrifice. I don't agree with Joe in any way on this matter, but I highly respect his convictions.
Michelle - Amen to that!!! Ijust read this morning that it might be August before this mess gets under control. This is really not good on any level at all for us. We NEED off shore drilling in this country, and this mess is going to really put a lot of question marks on the board.
I guess we should take a moment and hope for the best for the people around the Gulf Coast as well. That region has taken a real pounding in recent years.

good luck getting any civil rights in Mexico..haha..you can be jailed for years over a small crime and killed if your home if it is a strategic smuggling location..no phone call...no lawyer...so they come here..ruin the economy..dont pay tax but expect the schools and hospital care and every other right that i have to pay for..this could be completely eliminated if people wouldnt hire illegals or companies who hire illegals...so theres your cause...its the corrupt tax dodging employers who fault this is...Arizona is looking for a way out and i know the answer...U-Haul!

What`s going on me Brotheir! zero happening here had to go to the post office this morning man .Yeah I have to go to the dentist this coming month well in june 3 more filling s this place is nut`s man .Tell me if you ever hear of this gum line filling,s their above my gums man these are not like in mollars man buddy seriously is amoney grab but it,s real though at the same time end of every month i get my statement of my money from dissabilty a drug card and a dental card i have my own dental and drug plans right but i use the dental from dissabilty because if i use mine you have to pay cash then the reimburse you i use my manulife for my name brand non generic risperdal man. did that rode my mountain bike to town i love the mountain bike looks like the tnt was out here sometime shes lower on fuel today buddy I raly need to quit rideing makes me sick except the atk of mine i rebuilt but those brake shoes on the 125 do anumber on the brain box and nose the tnt it aint too bad mess with you abit since its been back from the machine shop we may have livers appaerntly mom said this is just avist coming here from by by eldeto yeah on the 10th i meet with the cardioligist hes gonna tell me if i need the pacemaker on the fiteenth i meet with the dentist i have teeth cleaninsg every 3 months hey for my bottom jaw and i floss special approval for that dissabilty covers it they need to keep and get my bottom jaw clean or it will deteriorate and shit like that anyways moms out im just checking out some ronnie james dio in sabbath heaven and hell! maybe now joe babie later wolf2.

You're the best... the very best...
I think everybody must respect the ideas of the rest. It's a mistake to mix your opinion with your music... specially when you're defending human rights... althought someone don't agree with those opinions.
I'll continue buying your products, and I'll go to all your concerts I can.

alexandre, hello sweetheart! We miss you here, but so glad you're enjoying being a daddy. How old is she now? They grow so fast. I'm sure she's absolutely beautiful and amazing in everything she does. Kisses for the baby! As for the ocean, my ocean is your ocean. It's all connected, so it will eventually affect us all, not just the gulf coast. It's just so sad that the extent of this damage is going to be so massive. Not only will it affect the ocean, but the odor from the oil will wreak havoc on humans and possibly cause long term damage physically. Also the economy on the gulf coast is going to take a serious hit...again. All that said, the hurricane season is upon us and that's gonna be really, really bad. It absolutely breaks my heart.
Anyways, I hope you pop in more often. Your positivity and love are missed by those who know you. Muito amor à família Caetano!

Checkie this out man I almost died again no shit.I forgot to use SALT Man ,that`s right table salt yeah like about 10 years ago i had to go to the doctor he did research and said Im on average 945x more active daily then an olympic athlete right it,s dehydration what the salt does is opens the veins in my body to my vital,s and draws the fluid in because salt draws hey and it buff,s the vein .You know what they told me at the dcotor in rambo 3 you were 11 years 7 months old you were in the desert you had to use salt then but they made it special for you salt is used by people who cross deserts hey man my doctor always sais you have this garage full of dirtbikes have you been rideing them i say no he sais no you have beenyou need salt very fast frank or you will die then drink lot,s gallon,s the first ride on the atk i had still been useing salt last week or week before alittle salt and drink by the time we go to the mx2 ride not enough salt then the tnt im fine now saw ah yeahn that happens as well later wolf2.i put salt in the coffemaker coffe where the filter is usualy every day,but when I was young i didnt use salt or eat meat it didnt effect me because i was young and fresh now it does something I realy have to rember later wolf2.

I fully support Arizona on SB1070 and my friends in California do as well. The vast majority of Americans do as well! Soundstrike is peddling misinformation on this issue. You should stick to your music and stay out of politics. Also any boycott against Arizona, will only hurt the illegal immigrants worse, who are a big part of the service and tourism industry in AZ.

MICHELLE - Thank you so much about your words, lovely words indeed :)). And that means a lot to me :).
My Daughter Matilde has now almost 9 months of age, next June 2nd she has the 9 months :). Her face is like mine when i was a baby, she has the beautiful dark green eyes of the mother and she is very pretty and with lots of energy :).
The first 3 months there were tough for us, new things to do every days and you must learn very fast :). But now we are ok and Matilde is our sunshine. Next week we have the first holidays in family farway of home but i`m excited about it :).
You are right, they growing up very fast, Matilde has 9 kgs, heavy :). Hope your family is ok and the cats too :).
Good luck to all stuff about oil and hurricanes, scary things :-/. Happilly for now we don`t have that kind of problems here, but sometimes the weather changes very fast and small hurricanes appear very quickly.
About Portugal we are under a deep economic crises and the political guys are lying all the time. Every years the same thing and now i don`t care about political stuff and crises. My concern is work very well day by day to pay the rent of my home and all the things and enjoy the moments in family with Matilde and Sónia :). Sometimes i go a few concerts.Next november 22th i will see the Master Joe in Lisbon ;).
My perspective about the World and about the Humankind changed a little bit but my love for the Joe`s music and for this forum is the same. Pure thoughts, happiness and truly friendship are always in my mind when i`m here. I had a sad childhood but when i discovered the Joe`s music i found that you can be what you wanna be if you work and if you are strong on your convictions and goals. The song I Believe was so important about it :). And Joe`s music show me every time if the world is crazy, the music can be comforting in relation about the bad things :).
From the heart, thank you so much, glad that you are my friend and you are here to listening my words ;). That´s very important these days.

Peace - thanks for that link I was waiting on that guy's full report. So Joe said Chickenfoot is recording all September with the Tahoe show too, then Oct and Nov are booked and he thinks he will book part of December and maybe a little of January.
But which part of January???? Logically the latter half I guess.
Interesting comments about the music industry too. It was YouTube that prompted me to check Joe out again 3 years ago.

For the record, I do not support illegal immigration or illegal immigrants.
President Obama and the US Attorney's office is challenging AZ and S.B.1070 precisely because it infringes on OUR civil rights, the rights of you and me and all citizens of the USA. AZ's own attorney general is against the bill.
This boycott is a symbolic gesture to help focus people on the problem when local police are forced to get into the immigration business and how that infringes our basic rights as Americans. We want the Fed to help the border states with this serious problem right now.
Please read this few times so you fully understand my position.
