Happy Canada Day don'tcha know.

What a morning! I made my nice little post here, and then shit went sideways. lol! I didn't hear the alarm, so I woke up about 10 minutes late. My mornings are timed to get 'er done and get the hell out, so any glitch is bad news. lol! So I was running a bit late from the time my eyes opened. Jist of the story is I left my glasses in the bathroom after putting on my make-up. The cat gave me back his breakfast, so I had to clean that up, and I dropped my phone and watched it (in slow motion I might add) hit the ceramic tile floor. The back flew off, and my battery flew right under the fridge like a shot! New lower fridge and a drop of 1/2 inch under it made it impossible for me and Mr Yardstick to find it before work - while running late! So, I went to work with no phone, and only realized I wasn't wearing my glasses when I got close enough to reading material and thought wtf? Wha....awwww maaaaan! lol! I had no trouble driving because I can see far away...just not close up...which is what my work consists of. lol! What a fun day!! lol!!

Crazeee!

cats are crazy...one of ours thinks she is a dog trapped in a cats body...she eat's like a chow hound! :) If we let her she would be 100 pounds...my wife loves cats ...she's always trying to bring them home...I call her the crazy cat lady! :D

Hello Joe and fellow Satch fans,

I have sent Jon an e-mail regarding this, but I'm curious about the DVD exchange for Live In Paris. Has anyone received their new copy yet? I sent mine several weeks ago to the Sony office in NY that is listed here on the site and when I called that office, the operator was rude (Joe, is everyone in NY like this? I don't blame you for moving to California!) and wasn't of much help. He routed me to a call center in Florida and while the operator in Florida was pleasant, all he could suggest was that I e-mail Jon and I've done that plus sent an e-mail to someone else at Sony. No response yet. I know Jon is very busy so I hope he can be of some help. I'd really like to watch this with the improved audio. For what it's worth, the 2-channel stereo sounded great, but it's the 5.1 that I had a problem with and I prefer 5.1 whenever possible. Hopefully this new disc has fixed that issue.

I knew I should have made a backup copy of the DVD before I mailed it, but I didn't. Woe is me.

Dan, San Francisco

Peace Lily, let me know what you think of Woodstock Jam. lol! Dude was trippin'! lol! As for my day. they wanted to cut hours at work, so I bailed at 12 and came home. My glasses were on top of the toilet tank where I left them, and I had to take the bottom piece off the fridge & get a flashlight to fish out my phone battery from waaaay back under there. lol! Gotta say, the hell with all those expensive phones, my little Nokia can take a punch and come away unscathed (knock on wood). I've dropped it a few times, the back pops off & the battery flies out, but when I put it all back together it's all right as rain and a-ok. A friend of ours dropped his iPhone about 6 inches to the ground and the screen smashed just that easy. Don'tcha just hate it when that happens.

Al, baby snakessss or BABY SNAKES!!!

Elpp, congrats to yer son!

the first one... i do love that song!

the old nokia were built like tanks, i had one for 5 years without any issues, my new one does the same as urs back flies off and battery comes out, but they can take a knock

actually happened today this morning, when i got out of bed

also heres a weird story... the batt died last night while i was sleeping so i got up charged it and that was that... the day before my car battery goes so i jump the car and get it back going, so today i went to go somewhere and the clock was off... it was actually 16:50 but the clock said 16:14 on the car... so i check my phone to see what time it is and it also said 16:14... so i just thought it was the time till i arrived 30 mins late

both the phone and the car were at the exactly the same wrong time simultaneously

thought that was weird anyways

here m you'll love this - Skiing ostrich

Al, I prefare this!

I dropped my phone around 6:50 a.m., and when I put the battery back in it after 12 it started at the time it stopped instead of resetting itself. My phone didn't match my car or my watch, but my car and watch matched with everything else. eerie! lmao!

Ready for round 2 elpp? Boom a lakka lakka lakka boom a lakka lakka lakka!
