Joe , sorry to hear about the passing of your mother . I was at the chickenfoot show at Irving plaza when she was in the balcony and sammy was messing around with you. I noticed that the dvd for professor satchafunkilus showed a song called god is crying was scratched for that disc. what made you include it on this album? I heard a piece of it on the site and it sounds amazing ! Cant wait to hear the rest of the album and see you at Nokia in Dec!!!!!

Joe--Thanks for the top 22 songs requested most by your fans! It's a good sized list. If you played every song that all of us suggested, the concert would be 4 to 5 hours long at least! I don't think a lot of us have the stamina for that! Although I can think of some of the younger ppls standing through all those hours.

Oh, Michelle--He called you that NAME again! Somethin's going on!

Al--That NAME you call Michelle sounds like something that falls from a tree!

I happen to like the list of 22.....although I could add another 3 songs--ZZ's Song, You Saved My Life and (thank you Castle 49) Bamboo!

Hi Everyone. My name is Grant and I am a Satchaholic! ;-)

I just preordered Joe's new album so I can't wait until it arrives in the mail.

What a week/weekend for me. The gig at Sweetwater was a blast. My friend and I were blown away by both of those guys. We both went ahead and bought their albums and got them autographed, shook hands with them, and even chatted with them for a few minutes. I even won a T-Shirt, thanks to Rob for pulling my ticket out of a drawing.

I signed up for three races: Veterans Marathon this November, The Huff 50K this December, and the Indy-Mini for next May down in Indianapolis. Now I need to work on getting in the Boston, Chicago, and New York City Marathons for next year.

I also had a busy work week so that was good: Six days of work for the past two weeks. I had four this week but then I was given six because one of my coworkers arrived late and now is suspended, giving me two more days.

Hi Joe. Thanks for the blue. Hope things are going well for you.

Webmaster (Jon): You're welcome on the birthday wishes. I really like the new website/design here on this forum. Nice job.

Distorted Soul: What's up man. I'll be down in Indianapolis next May for the Indy-Mini. Sorry you missed me the last time, so maybe you might able to see me the next time.

Hope everyone is doing well. Well, gotta run. I have about a couple more things on my list to get done today before work Monday morning. Talk to you later peeps, and feel free to reach me on Facebook.

Grant

Wasn't there a scene in an old 80s film
"It Takes Two"
that had Crushing Day playing as the main character takes a Lamborghini-esque car for a test drive?

Hi Joe and all the T2Jers,

It has been quite some time since I posted. In fact not much in my life has remained the same since that time. I am now married, had two adorable girls (twins), and lost my father to cancer, but one thing has remained the same, the top songs in my playlist are always dominated by Joe. Normally this is enough to keep me happy, but there is one request I simply must make:

Please play in Portland, Oregon during your tour for "Black Swans and Wormhole Wizards."

The last concert that was here was during the "Super Colossal" tour in May of 2006. Four and a half years is simply too long. Of course I don't know the circumstances behind the long absence to the northwest. I'm sure there are good reasons, but it really would be great to see Joe in concert from somewhere other than my TV and YouTube.

Looking forward to more Joe and BSaWW!!

Austin, my son and I went at night, around 9 pm. I guess it was crowded for that time of day, we had to wait over 5 minutes to get our stuff, enough time for my son to spill his Dr Pepper, but that's another story!!

Both of us got the cheeseburger combo, comes with regular fries and a drink. Shakes are a prohibited item for me due to lactose intolerance. For the same reason I also could not add cheese to the fries, although I was quite tempted once I saw them served.

I noticed the burger had a "weird" mix of mayo and relish, that tasted quite good and was the best part of the burger. The rest was just plain, better than Mickey D's or Wendy's but that's about it. Carl's Jr does a similar thing with the relish but the rest of the burger is big and juicy and tasty. Jack in the Box's Ultimate Cheeseburger also beats it hands down, even though I have to stay at home for 12 hours after eating it :D Fries were good.

I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. My son gave it 0 stars and actually protested loudly when I threatened to buy him another one on the drive back.

I am very excited about the new album! Two questions:

1. When do we (those of us who preordered) get to download Light Years Away?

2. I notice that it is possible to repeat songs on the setlist. Does that mean I could give 32 votes to Dog With Crown and Earring and help tip the scales a little?

elpp - In-N-Out cooks your food to order, so it always takes the same amount of time whether there's one person in line or 100. I actually think their food tastes a little better when they're more crowded (maybe because everyone is constantly working?) but I don't know.

If you liked the spread, order your burger "animal style" if you ever go back...you'll love it. I don't care for the spread, but a lot of people love it. The burger I get is usually fairly plain (ketchup, cheese, onion, lettuce).

I'm glad you liked the fries. They're fried in vegetable oil, which is why they taste different than most other fast food places. And the fact that they're whole potatoes until seconds before they're dropped into the deep fryer (see?) probably has something to do with it too.

canchito - Interesting! I wonder how many votes the leading songs have. If the 25-50ish most regular of T2J visitors all changed their setlists, that'd be a thousand votes for something like DWCAE. Maybe it's something we can coordinate for the next tour? ;-) We might have to edit our posts, though, so webmaster Jon and Joe don't see our plans...haha.
