I still never really thought it was a rip off.. similar yeah but i dunno not so sure... :-O You could say I'm being controversial
So how was the gig al!?
Meet n greet was awsome only 14-15 peolpe at it got a good hour+ chatting/singing... got some free stuff and had some fun with Joe!
Awsome gig! ...Some of the best playing for sure, Played a lot of classics and a lot of variety, very cool setlist... memories is one of my all time favs... opened with Ice 9 then into Hordes of Locusts! Why was unbelievable and Premonition def my fav off the new cd, littleworth lane, amazing... even suprised Galen with the crush of love from nowhere!
Upload some pics and got a few small vids, Was rockin' ...Alan gets quite invovled in the bass-ing indeed, very cool

Ok now that I'm back and at the comp I can talk about the BB experience. Went in looked around for the CD. Couldn't find one in the rack. So I thought "Maybe it's on the end cap. That would be a great place for it." Nope, not there. So I ask a clerk. He looks up the cd and can't figure out why the sku is the same but the track listing is different. Oh well they have 3 copies so into the back he goes. Does he bring out ALL 3 copies, knowing there are none on the floor and I am taking one. NO!! What a dumb bunny. So as I am leaving I say "You might wanna grab those other two and restock the rack". Duh!
EDIT: Thanks Chelle for havin my back. LOL

Ah, my Sunday started out so well with a lovely little overnight DM and now I'm sitting in the Emergency at hospital with Mr Skip who crashed in the Round The Bay 250km bike ride today.
He's got stitches in his head and a sore shoulder but is otherwise OK just waiting for all the major trauma imagery and tests to come back, will be 8hrs here all up.
Had a 1hr drive to get here had a little meltdown on the way and put BSAWW on to wrap myself in.
I was just thinking this morning how all over the world someone is playing one of Joe's songs at their wedding, or funeral, a party or some other occasion and how great it must feel to know your music reaches people like that and then today I've used it to get through a drive during which I was petrified Mr Skip was badly hurt. Go figure!
Anyway a long and boring wait but he's OK.
Its our turn for a tour Joe!!

Skip, the best with Mr Skip.
Would love to go cycling today in the autumn sunshine but have lots of jobs in the house, drilling and screwing 1.279.945 bookshelves. But I will have a record player for all vinyl in the bedroom near the terrace!
