Oh Pip....can I have yer mum's ph # and email addy.....it's nothing really, just a nice chat between us girls.....
That's cool about Alan, u left that lil story out about your San Fran Adventure in June...see how I capitalized that because of how huge it all was, lol!!
I'll chant, u can be sure of that....but what you do or don't do in the next week will determine if it's fit for other people's ears, LOL!
Got hotel reservations today for San Fran and Reno in January, have rcvd all the concert tickets...now just need to ask off for time from work (they're happy to let me go so I don't put them in a coma talking about Joe) and we're SET! We'll be disappearing down that Wormhole soon!!

Hi everybody!
Last week I fulfilled one of my goals for 2010, ran a 10K. Take a look at some pics
You may notice that I had my earphones on one of the pics, don't know if Glitz beat me to it but I may have been the first T2J to run a race while listening to BSAWW (race took place on 10/10). I had planned to start with Joe and finish with DT but the last 2K were murder, I had to focus everything I had on finishing. So it was Satch all the way :)
Later!

Blue Moon: Say could you look up some info for me at your local library? Look for Buck Mulligan and a reference to him owning one of the lighthouses on dublin bay back in the 1400s/1500s? Cool if you will and even if'in' you can find anything. I'm looking for references that may mention his father/mother. Keep Rockin' JOE!

Just got to say that the Manchester gig was awesome but would have been even better if the levels were balanced more. The bass drum was to loud and was drowning out Joe. I couldn't here anything that Galen was playing and during the guitar solos I couldn't here what Joe was playing either.
Other than that it was good fun.

Scubz: I don't know, maybe it was just me! You were sat in the row behind me and my parents, about 4 seats to the right of us, I didn't say high because I didn't know it was you, sorry

So why is it that for the last 2 tours you dont bring the full production to Ireland ????
In 2008 you came over here No backdrop, Then in the UK/Europe you had this big lit up backdrop.
And its the same this time around too.
I just saw some vids of you at the Manchester Apollo and there is that backdrop again and with those movable head lights standing high behind your backline.
Neither the lights or the backdrop were in dublin...why ??
I do love the fact that you nearly always play Dublin when touring Europe..I just wish you cared enough to bring here the production that you will have for the UK/Europe shows

The Backdrop and Lights behind the backline were the items missing..It would,nt have cost alot more to bring them over along with the gear he did bring.
Was still a stunning show.
My vids...

I dont know if the trasport or $$ is the issue, but the stage and setup in VIcar St. is pretty small compared to some of the other big venues that he is playing at, stage really isn't that big here, probably made a whole lot mroe sence just to get it goin on for the bigger theatres starting from the UK and across Europe
+ cool vids, can see my head there somewhere!
+ the notes under the txt box has the bb type code for adding a link

One thing I would be interested in is how much you paid for yor ticket for the Dublin show as if you paid the same as we did here in GB then I would feel a little annoyed that the production wasnt the same... I paid £33 for my ticket

Tickets for Dublin were €46.35..Thats including booking fee.
And with todays exchange rate that works out to £40.70..So we paid significantly more than you guys.
