Watching the 1966 Batman movie with all four of the villians in it. Penguin, Cat Woman, Riddler and The Joker. The cheese is so heavy, you could say Holy Lactated Uring of the Hooved Mammal.

Alright, I know I've been a bad fan and all, being gone all these months. But here are my 2 cents on the set list thing. (If I say something that's been said before while I was gone, I apologize, I haven't had time to really check last couple of months!):
JOE
If Mike Keneally is coming along on tour, then there's a whole lot of obvious choices IMO. First, you should play "Why", because now you can. On the same frame of mind, please consider "You saved my life", which I personally think is one of your best ballads. These tunes call for simultaneous guitar parts and I think now you might be able to play them live.
SATCHAHOLICS
I've included some ear candy and some "forgotten" tunes I always want JOE to play. Some of these tunes that (by either vibe/tempo or key) might be a good replacement for some others most hardcore Satch fans can do without for a tour or two:
- I would like to hear "If" instead of "Cool no. 9".
- "Motorcycle Driver" instead of "Ice 9".
What other tunes are you guys pulling for?

turbo236- Hey thanks for the heads-up on "TUMBLE", being the SATCHAHOLIC I am ...I'll head right over to i-tunes and see if I can purchase.
Still pulling for DWCAE myself....... its actually been on the top of my set-list for months, ever since I decided I loved it and would just die to hear it live. :-)
Hope peeps are getting their tickets okay now, was feeling bad for those of you that were having troubles , I know I would be so upset to not be able to get the tix I wanted .
Edit- turbo- Thanx again ...purchased "TUMBLE" ....awesome song!!!

I'm really looking forward to this disc. Joe, you just keep getting better, which has to be hard since you already are the greatest. How great is it nowthat we have solo Joe and Chickenfoot Joe? I'd like to see the G3 tours continue too. I've been a fan since the beginning. I seen you at the Pageant in St. Louis a few years back and it was awesome. I haven't got a chance to see you since but the DVD's fill that whole pretty well. I'm a guitarist and derive much inspiration from you. Thanks for everything and I pray your career is long and illustrious. We'll all surf through the wormhole with you Joe!

Yeah, Joe is the greatest! He's a monster guitarist/musician. I love his music. Whether it is solo or Chickenfoot. He's very inspirational as a musician. And he definitely is a humble human being. He always talks of other musicians with great admiration never putting his own ability, which is astonishing, over anyone else. If the music is as cool as the title then we all are in for some great music. Joe is great in concert also. I seen him at the Pageant here in St. Louis a few years back and it was awesome. Joe knows how to rock an audience. Joe is one of the few musicians I'd like to meet personally. A conversation with him would be something. I'm sure we'll all be surfin' through the Wormhole with Joe on this one.

Well... its likely been 13 or 14 years since Ive last seen Joe live. It was back @ Music Midtown Atlanta in either 96 or 97 I cant recall the exact year. I do remember that performance has stuck with me all these years. Moreso than every other artist I watched that year other than this guy named "Santana" haha!
Ive been in the USMC for 5 years now and getting out at the end of October. Im very pleased to have the opportunity to be in Atlanta for this show in 2010. I know Joe will be ready to explode onto his North American tour and Im excited to be one of the fortunate few who will be attending that event.
Congratulations on your new cd release and success with Chickenfoot Joe. Youre a standup guy.

Hello everyone! I'm a new member of the site but have been a fan of Satch since about 1989. I first saw Joe during the Flying in a Blue Dream tour in Dayton and have been a fan ever since.
I picked the name Maladroit because it properly describes how I play guitar after 20 years - all thumbs. The only song by Joe that I can play in its entirety is "A day at the beach." :(
Anyway, I'm looking forward to the Cincinnati show on Dec 7. Oddly the tour date presale link shows that they go on sale on Aug 23 but the Aronoff sales office says that they likely will go on pre-sale on Friday Aug 27.
I'm wondering though - does Joe do any kind of autograph signing outside of the club Joe sessions? I've got a JS20s that I would love to get autographed (I'm picturing it right across the surfboard) but really can't afford a $250 price tag on top of the 5 tickets I'm buying for my family.
I know that a lot of musicians will sit on their bus behind a venue and sign autographs after a show. Do you do this, Joe?
